Screaming and hitting the high notes are different, ariana and some of the tiktok singers got that flawless high notes that makes my ears jump in happiness while some of them are just screaming, you can literally say it because it freaking hurts my ears and maybe yours too.
*yeah, you can hear the vibration from the very loud ones. I don’t think you should strain your voice to hit those notes just for a social media. You should train your voice / get a vocal coach or your throat will be begging you to stop*

It’s crazy how some people can do that so easily while some of us are out here sounding like dying rats even when we try our hardest. It’s unfair that u have all that talent-share with the less fortunate ! I’m like so jealous!!!!
I can hit them and ill give u some tips
1.move ur hands with the beat(and if its a high note strech ur hands from how high it is)2.close ur eyes
3.see how the person singing mouth moves
4.just get into it
Don’t feel bad you can go to vocal lessons if you choose and I’m 10 and know how it do whistle notes
Everyday do scales, find your vocal range, then find what’s your most comfortable range, then try and figure out what range your different voicce types are in. For example chest register, middle voice, mixed voice, head register and maybe whistle register.
Look up exercises for these terms and work on them DAILY.
You gotta do it by your throat voice Total throat voice not mouth voice literally try it believe me you can hit high high notes that way. The rest is on your vocal range 🤷
