I am having XMA with original infotainment system no player one. No new display is put in. Now the player is playing when car is started, but all it's button is not responding. What should be the problem.
I had downloaded and tried to install it but it repeatedly telling that "no usb connected" and next time again it says no picture found. I again uninstalled and reinstalled the software after formatting pendrive but problem remains the same 😢 my Nexon is 2018 model and software is of 2017

As per company terms, warranty will be void incase the information system is updated or modified by your own. But that is if they find that because, this is not a modified or third party package. So its all upto the service person at the time of claiming, that is if they check on their previous update history and reporting and all... Note that, because of this update, the system will not damage. We are talking about if the product is damaged due to other reasons in the future.( Infotainment system have 3 years warranty as you said 2020 model, anyhow your warranty will be expired in next four months) 2) iRA will be appeared on boot screen logo only. Other than that, no option will be changed. Consider a subscribe🙂

Sir, yes this version R 15.22 will support on nexon 2018 model. But users report that this version very slightly reduces speed of system.not much. This will not happen on 2020 and later model nexons. This problem will not happen on R14.43 version. This version will support all the features- apple carplay, android auto, new homescreen, everything. So ask for this specific version from service centre. Its upto you weather to install this or newer version. Both will work. ( I don't have access to R14.43 version ) so ask for it or else install this version i have provided.

It connects with Samsung Galaxy F42 but never connects with Samsung Galaxy M31s and Galaxy S10. I updated the system in sep.2021 with R15.26 released in April 2021. Today I tryied to update the system by the Sep.2021 version sent by you through the link but could be updated & even the system could not set to Factory default.Please provide some solution so as to connect my newly purchased Samsung Galaxy M31s which in never connected hence I am not able to use Android auto.
You Might get to work by trying these steps. 1) in phone - settings-- advanced features -- android auto -- connect a car 2) try using different cables. Samsung genuine cable 3) in play store search for Android auto and check if it is installed and up to date. Try these work around and inform me.

If you want to update this particular version i have provided, New models without physical buttons have update option in settings page. ** Do it at your own risk **

Try to reflash if software update option appears in settings page. Or if the infotainment is completely un responsive, Take it to service centre. They will reflash using vechicle link com.

Sir, i got the update file from Tamilnadu nexon owners club. It worked for mine and most of our group members nexons without problems. So i shared the file. Mine working in this particular update file only till now.... If yours doesn't work, that does not mean file i provided does not work. Your system might have freezed during update process... You can see members in the comments section thanked .. for the update.
It will definitely work. Insert the pendrive and Press the key combination i have shown in the video. Try with some other pendrive or else there is a problem with usb slot in your car.

Sir did u got any update? Nowadays my 2018 model is giving me hard time ( version is 2019) it stops working and then doesn’t work untill i turn off n lock the car for 10 to 15 min minimum, it simply freezes
Sir, Tata will not release update package files to public. The one i have provided for nexon has been leaked by an employee. For punch, they have restricted access. But You can ask service centre to update the version. They will definitely do it for free.
There are newer version than this. but this one i have shown in this video is said to be stable which is R 15.22 - September 2021. Consider a subscribe.. 🙂

Sir, yes this version R 15.22 will support on nexon 2018 model. But users report that this version very slightly reduces speed of system.not much. This will not happen on 2020 and later model nexons.
