I went to ulta once to look for a new highlighter and an employee recommended it to me.. I went back the next day and returned it. Was scared to listen to any ulta employees after that, unless they do their makeup well.
The Full Spectrum line is specifically for women of color which is why it is so dark. It is also discontinued which sucks because the foundation, highlighter palettes, and liquid matte lips are phenomenal! The Full Spectrum primer is awesome too.

Yeah, the CoverGirl page says its for women of color. It replaced the Queen Collection line they introduced with Queen Latifah years ago. Ulta doesn't include anything about the Full Spectrum line in the description though 🤦

I tried that I Heart Revolution blush and didn't like it, I thought it was so powdery and lacked pigmentation. But I LOVED their Peach & Glow Mini Chocolate Duo, most beautiful blush and highlighter.

It might just be me but I actually found that concealer used as a bronzer incredibly flattering on you after you blended it with your powder! It was so subtle and the color was very complimentary with your skin tone!

I use a similar brush for stick foundations, I really like to apply the foundation to the brush and then apply that to my face. Probably wouldn't work with that particular foundation but it helps me get rid of streakiness. You can also build a lot easier that way without it looking super thick and cakey.

That cream highlight part took me out!!! I was laughing hysterically 😂😂 but given that it dries fast and doesn’t budge maybe it could work as a highlight/shimmer shadow for the eyes? Probably isn’t eye safe tho
I have a highlight like that! It's BEAUTIFUL. The shade is pretty and it's blinding BUT it dries sooo fast! So i just mix it with a tiny bit of moisturizer and it makes it easier to blend and not dry as fast.
