I belief No food is nutritious and healthy compared to the food that is being made at our home. We should try to eat less whenever we go outside .... and try to stick to the basic food items whenever we go for a trip.....
We have not seen the way the food is being cooked but at home we observe or even help our family members in cooking.... At home food is served with selfless love, but at hotel food is served in exchange of money....
So try to eat in a hygienic place but stick to basic food items.... Which is sufficient for you to maintain and run the body....
