when people say: rip knees there might be some truth in that There is a part in knee called meniscus. Until 25-28yo it still can heal itself because there is stil blood flowing there. With time meniscus goes from red/pink color to white and loses its healing abilities because there is no blood flow there anymore. Stay strong bro!
