    Would have liked to know more in regards to the nutritional side of your plan and how you managed the training plan against work commitments etc. Absolutely top effort though, really enjoyed the videos, well done!

    ‘’ move his bike and use his weight, which is a lot at the moment.’’ Brian smith doesn’t hold back. 😂

    That schedule doesn’t seem to allow any recovery time at all. 12 hours of cardio per week sounds like overtraining to me, but perhaps I’m just lazy.

      12 hours a week is well within the limits, it's less than 2 hours a day on a bike. Pro riders ride 35 hours a week on their biggest training weeks.

      @@Wuudy I mean it obviously worked, he made a solid improvement. Not knowing what his time on the bike per week was before this training it’s hard to say. If he was only using his bike for an hour or so at the weekend then the jump would be too severe to be optimal without any ramping up at all.

    I think his body fat is 34% not 24%?! He certainly doesn’t look like he is now at 15% body fat after losing 7kg?!

      BF measurements are very whacky and incomparable between different methods. Telling by looks can be even more misleading.

    7kgs lost =-9% body fat lost means he weight 77kg before and now 70kg. Also now hw should have 15% body fat. But he looks like he ways much more than 70kg and has a higher body fat percentage.

      The body contains more then fat and muscle. And they dont weight the same.

      He obviously gained muscle and muscle weighs more than fat.

      'Looks' is poor measure.

    Lowering 24% bodyfat and get fit at the same time is not possible without hormones or steroids, in 6 weeks

      Out of interest, why?

    • @aimxhere
      @aimxhere 5 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Because it's his opinion, that's why :D Of course it is possible. Anyone who has been trained by expert trainers and set on a diet by a top nutritionist knows that it's possible. Also, there's proof, so..... Btw he is not going to lower his body fat %age BY 24%, that's just his current %age. He just said he wants to lower it, no specific goal set.

      Stefan Vos your explanation is pretty poor. Please don’t become a teacher. If you’re, seriously consider a career change

      It is very much possible. 24% BF is a lot of energy stored in the body. You can get away with quite high calorie deficit while maintaining good energy levels and ability to recover.
