My dad had a 63 just like that but it was a hard top. What a beautiful car and talk about well-built. it’s a land yacht and you better have a really big garage to keep it in. These cars are enormous.
They used a 1961 Lincoln Continental Four Door Convertible Sedan in the John F Kennedy assassination of November 22nd, 1963 (Rest in Peace, Kennedy. 🫡) and in a 1960s Warner Brothers film (I believe they called it Sex And The Single Girl), one of the main characters drove a 1962 Lincoln Continental Convertible, just like this one. It was in a white color though.

Lincoln undercarriage's have been painted body color for years .They came that way from the factory . This car is done correctly and it is GORGEOUS
She’s my age too! Look how modern that dashboard is… even compared to later Lincoln’s. This is absolutely my fav car of the 60’s

Beautiful car and Vanguard does a great job, but I’m not a fan of that exterior color. The interior looks fantastic. I’m also a 1962 model.
