The director posted that all the 12 episodes are already completed and just being released weekly that’s why the dub also releases at the same time. Few months ago there was a live event where this episode had aired early on and according to rumors by the second live airing event 4-5 episodes had already been finished.
Man am I glad I watched the dubbed version of this. That double dialogue shit seems so hard to come up with. Not that it really matters on this show, both the dub and the sub are of high quality and with good translations so you're really not missing anything either way. Unlike shows like Fate/Zero and Psycho-Pass where the subtitled versions are a bit fucked up but the dubs are perfect, both with actors that should receive awards for their performances.
