A few things that actually helped to control my hair fall include: (1) I stopped wearing ponytails because it causes tension damage. (2) I began massaging my hair and scalp 2 times a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while leaning forward & holding my head inverted to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Covering my head while moving out to safeguard my hair from dust and pollution. (4) Using gentle shampoo again from liittleextra only to wash my hair.
After applying the Cooconiooon hair shampoo, my hair feels soft and there has been reduced hairfall. The only con I noticed is its low foaming, which might be due to the use of natural ingredients used in it.
Also make sure you have a water softener. My hair looks like first picture because we have very hard water. No applications will help if you are not first washing with proper water. Just a quick note for you. Thank you Doctor!
Can I blend this mixture in a bottle and spray the scalp and the hair, nassage it and then rinse? Is this mixture to exfoliate your scalp or is it more for the hair itself? Thank you
ACV have so many used, we can use it for weight loss, can have if we suffer from bloating or gas, we can use it for our hair, and also for face.. but we have to diluted it with water... Along with that you have to follow diet and have to avoid oily and junk food...and have to do regular exercise... Frankly speaking, little extra coco onion worked for me and reduced my hair fall so I would give 4/5 to it.
