This vid showed me that indeed, I like the Green Knight better. Whoever say they don't have to read the poem for class. 1. You are missing something. 2. You are lucky there are translations for this poem. Perhaps it's because I'm at University and I have to use the ME version... teh.
Lessons of the virtues of nobility. "O Son of Spirit! Noble have I created thee, yet thou hast abased Thyself. Rise then unto that for which thou was created." “The essence of faith is fewness of words and abundance of deeds.”-Baha’u’llah, Hidden Words
i rly loved this :] now i dont have to read the book either! very interesting story, sadly the idiots in my class cannot understand it. very trippy animation too! :D
My other comment further below, longer ago, was that 'This is terribly bonerific.' But I really really like what you have done with it. Needless to say that I much prefer this to the new adaptation of Merlin, which lacked Bromance.
in the text: sir gawain and the green night......... do they really exchange gifts? like the dude gives him meat and gawain gives him kisses?? im really confused please help
Except Author's court is supposed to be childish and superficial, both at the beginning and at the end. And Author is a child, or at least so young he doesn't have a beard yet. And the Green Chapel was supposed to look like a woman's vagina (mound) leading into the earth. Everything else was awesome tho! Very creepy, which suits the book well :D
yep its symbolic.
the 3 temptations from the lady, the 3 days of hunting, and the 3 swings from the green knight; they all have relation
yeah this is suppose to be a christian story (symbolic).
you just gave me the answer to my homework, I love you
Have to watch this for english homework -_-
georgia x me too lmao
Me to lol
Me to
I have no words to express how much I love this story and how much I love Gawain - and this cartoon.
I also have to watch it for HW.
What's is awesome is that I actually enjoy it!
Good one... the background music was real good.. well done
I read the book and watched this excellent video. The video made the story much clearer to me. One complements the other.
English people have a strange definition of bravery imo
Vegan Memes murica
We have to write an essay about this thingy :D but the book is gruesome and this story was fun to watch :p
I like that they maintained little details, like the Green Knight using his axe to vault over the river in the Green Chapel.
too many colors god its like an lsd trip -_-
oh ok! i understand it now. they make it sound more difficult than it really is lol.
BIG BIG THANKS!!!
Great story of honor, faith, and truth.

I like this animation to this story. It gives a great understand what was considered values as a Christian knight.
Yes they really do exchange gifts in the text, but remember the act was much more symbolic.
I loved this, very good companion to the text.
