I notice it doesn't sound any worse when the treble ringer drops his bell in the third six than when the bells are in the right place!
Never knew that there was a mini ring in the tower.
Bells are so heavy it looks like it is being rung in slow motion! The speed at 1.5x is much closer to ringing I am used too.
I prefer it lower on big bells - obviously you have to go slower but it give them more time to sound.
One day I will get to ring there, its on my bucket list.
there arms must me non existent afterwards and i thought turing in a 1.5 ton bell was hard
