It’s safer than some areas. It’s a very family oriented area also. I lived there for 4 years and it was fantastic. We love the outdoors and have a big dog so it was great. One good thing is the West Coast express station is in Pitt Meadows

The Meadowvale Mall is not the only mall in Pitt Meadows! Just up the highway 2 min is Meadowntown! A much larger mall.

The population there is around 19,000. It’s a small community. The only draw back is the train which crosses over Harris Rd.
