I was shocked at the price of this magnificent home! You wouldn't be able to find even a falling apart, gruesomely ugly home in an undesirable neighborhood with no land in California or New Jersey for that price. I just loved it!
And the neighborhood here... Is desirable... 😁 I did not have time to film Sarlat, I will, you'll be amazed. One of the most beautiful French city. It's so preserved. Ridley Scott just did shoot a movie 10kms from this house, with Matt Damon and Ben Affleck... Here you can cross a farmer as well as a rock star ( Sting has a chateau not far)... Or a Deer 😂
