The throttle response really is a huge part of racing. The newer car looked way smoother. To finish first you first have to finish. I'm not a racer but I love the hobby. Thanks for bringing us along.
@@smiley37greg “To finish first you have to finish” may be one of the best sayings I’ve ever heard. And agreed, the new car is a bit heavier but so much smoother and I think it will let me learn parts of the track much more consistently. Thx for watching! 🏁
new to your channel. i subbed ya. makes me wanna get up to portland and try there track again. long drive to play on a track. nice video. ill be ready for your next vid. good luck. there is no better day than a day at the track. Ex- MX driver. have fun
I’m torn between if I want to race this buggy or my techno eb48 2.1 this weekend at the Midwest Nationals in South Dakota. I have this losi running pretty dang good and I have not touched the diffs. All i have done is change shock oils to 35F 30R and got the buggy on the setup station.
@@rockyfortenberry5845 I’m shocked how dialed this is out of the box. I was gonna go 32.5 all around but may research a bit after hearing this. Keep me posted on how you do this weekend and what ya run! GL!🏁

You thought about getting the Kyosho MP10E ready set (rtr)? I’m really torn between that and the XE rtr. I do have a Losi 8ight T and Losi Mini B so I somewhat have brand loyalty lol The new Losi XTE rtr looks cool too. That may replace my nitro 8ight T
@@icool247 I was actually tempted to to get the Nitro MP10. I started with the Inferno before I knew much and although it wasn’t really competitive I liked it. I don’t think you can go wrong with the new XTE, I’m loving this XE and just finished tweaking it after speaking with a Losi team driver this past weekend. I know kit is best but I think people are sleeping on how capable this car is. On top of that they made this so that the kit parts all fit, so if something break, upgrade to the kit part 😏. Yeah on you old car. Set the rear camber more negative and whit your drivingstyle go a little down on your centre diff fluid. That way its a litte less loose on the back

Hey that’s my husband. Watch it
What battery did you find to fit under the shell? I may have to pick up a couple new batteries for it.

Nice comparison 👍 LOSIS are great for the track. This new RTR comes with metric screws?

Go 7,7,3 for diff fluids . There's probably grease in diffs . It will get rid of the wishy-washy driving .
