My Ulefone Armor9 only lasted 6 months before starting to become unusable. A disappointing performance from a $600 at the time, flagship Ulefone product. 15mins for GPS to start working is a common fault on those, However Ulefone service was conveniently unsupportive. In a year the mobile reception decreased noticeably, around two years mark the Wi-Fi was dropping out entirely on top of already poor signal all the time. Just under 3 years on and the touchscreen is non responsive about 50 times a day and requires screen lock/unlock to start working again. A huge disappointment overall, a 'rugged smartphone' that does not manage to last one year, let alone three years of non-existing Ulefone warranty. Many many emails back and forth with Ulefone's service department only uncovered their unhelpful, shameless and dismissal attitude. I Do Not Recommend Buying Ulefone Products!

had an armor 10 didn't last 8 month , had a display problem aftr purchase replaced it after 4 month the same problem occurred😡😡 , had it with ulefone smash it broken . switching to a ordinary samsung.
My power armor 13 has been out through hell the past two years and is still good as new I even smash it on the ground and throw it around to show everyone how strong it is still no dramas!
Well seeing the fast recharge rate I could see that battery going to crap quick. A battery only lasts so long and fast charging them specifically these lithium packs makes them degrade faster
