STELLARIS - 2024 DLC Buying Guide for Beginners

- Paradox Interactive recently unveiled their new "subscription" model for DLCs in Stellaris. So, I've decided to create a video to counter that option and show new players a series of DLCs that I recommend if you're looking to get started in the game.

One important disadvantage of the consoles, is the fact that they can't use mods, which take the game into another level. Great explanation of the DLCs you were on point and you would definitely do a review on all DLCs in your spare time, would help a lot of people understand fully the mechanics and so!!!
I thought about mentioning that, but I don't use mods in Stellaris and that's really a personal choice. I like mods but I'm more interested in getting people into the game on whatever platform is most convenient for them.

Excellent video, i played this game for a few minutes 5 years ago and i promised myself to go back to really play the game but i never did... I'm just amazed with all the dlc and content the game have nowadays but at the same time it's a lot to take in, so thanks for the video. I have only one question... my steam account is in a different region and for me the prices are way lower: Base Game $8.34, Utopia $6.98, Leviathans $3.49, Aquatics $3.49, Overlord $6.98 (First contact $6.98, Federations $6.98) and the Subscription $6.79 monthly. Stellaris New Player Edition $20.94, Ultimate Budle $101.35. What do you think i should do? (For context i do live in the U.S nowadays, i just have my steam account since 2006 when i was living in my home country). Obs: I also have acess to the base game "for free" on my pc game pass lol but the dlc prices there are U.S Microsoft store prices.
