Hi Bekah! I’ve debated sharing this with you, but sometimes we don’t realize what an impact we can have have on others, even strangers. I have had health anxiety (hypochondria) since I was 11 years old. It’s a very misunderstood, often mocked mental health issue. It became debilitating in 2020 and I didn’t know what to do or what was next for me. I truly believe God somehow put one of your videos in my recommended when I opened this app. I clicked on it and learned about slow living and hygge from you. While I live in NYC, I’ve found ways to live slowly and find beauty and coziness in my own little apartment. I invested in a camera to capture photographs of what brings me joy here in the city. Your kind words and spirit were encouragement for me on days I didn’t know how to escape. It’s been a year since my last difficult bout with the anxiety. I no longer associate myself with hypochondria at all. You are a blessing, and my husband and I love supporting your channel!

It is still in the high 80's and humid here so I won't be decorating for fall any time soon. I'm not ready for my beautiful flowers and veg and just overall green landscape to go just yet. I have noticed some subtle changes though, the insects do sound different during the day and the light of course is changing. First let me say, Bossman is getting so big! Holy cow time flies. Love those curtains, my condo stays so warm even in winter but those would look so nice in my bedroom.
