Hey @bradwitt8591, this comment is pretty humbling and has made my month. I'm stoked that you enjoyed the video and find the information useful... this is the best motivator for us to keep creating content. All the best with the fishing. Cheers, Justin
Best video yet Justin. Great idea putting a value pack together. You are so fortunate to have such great fishing water near you. The fishing is a bit harder over here, but all of your tips are relevant to us folks in WA. Thanks for sharing.
Hey @wellhookedWA, Hope all's well and we're stoked you enjoyed the vid. I have been lucky enough to fish over your way a little bit and the bream can be picky and the puffer fish brutal. ;) You might have to lighten up the heads a bit, scent up and slow things down, but definitely a great part of the world and some cool species on offer. Sending big fish vibes and thanks for the positive comment. Cheers, Justin
@@tackletacticstv7687 Thanks Justin. I fish very light in the Swan, 4lb mostly. And you are right about the smaller jigheads. All my 40cm bream have come to very light jigheads and small soft plastics fished very slow. The Blowfish disappear once you get upstream in the Summer but they play havoc downstream. Cheers Mike
Hey @anthonycox1870, hope all's well and thanks for the kind words. Awesome to hear that you're putting the PrawnZ and ST GrubZ to work and catching. Also great to hear the tips are useful... it's a great motivator to create more content. All the best with the fishing. Cheers, Justin
@@tackletacticstv7687 Thanks Justin, keep them coming, I'm learning so much from your videos, been fishing with plastics and lures for 3 and a half years now, was strictly a bait fisherman for all my life, and saw one of your videos and was hooked after my first ever session, using a Zman slim swim in greasy prawn colour on a 1/8 jig head, using a cheap rod and reel from Kmart , and caught 5 flathead in about 3 hours, was so impressed I went out the next day to buy a decent plastics rod and a decent reel, I spent about $350 on my first set up, and watched a lot of your videos , 3 years later to now, I have 4 rods and 4 reels , and about 150 packs of plastics, and boxes of hard bodied lures, I now fish every chance I get, and haven't touched bait since, so big thanks for the help over the years, especially the rigging videos with what size and weight jig heads to use, im now trying to get a job in a tackle store near me, as its become a true passion, and learn something new every session, there is no better feeling, than watching a new PB Bream or flathead swimming off after a measure and photo, thanks again for the help, great work,
@@anthonycox1870 What an awesome journey and I'm stoked that we've been a part of it with you. Sorry about the lure fishing addiction... but there's worse ones out there. ;) Great to hear that you're kitted out and catching fish, and all the best with getting on board with a local tackle shop. It sounds like you have the passion for the sport and would be a great part of their team. Fish on! Cheers, Justin
Hey @jerromemckittrick788, glad the video was useful and thanks for the positive comment. Comments like this always fire us up to get out and film some more. All the best with the fishing. Cheers, Justin
Hey @alleycat8483, it was pretty brutal for a while... especially fishing around the weed beds as I like to do. It's eased up a bit now... but the battle is all of the broken weed floating around with the big tides and plenty of weird fern weed. ;) Haven't had to pull the weedless jigheads out though, so a good year on the flats. Hope all's well and you're finding a few. Cheers, Justin
Justin the quality of information you provide is second to none. Fantastic video
