    An alternative is to buy a house is to contact a manufacturer of prefabricated homes and have them build a house for you. The upsides with this is that you can often get better finance deals with a lower down payment. You also get a mandatory 10 years warranty. The downside is that you have to wait a while until you get the house, although the wait is usually only a few months.

      Is there a major price difference in choosing this method ?

      @@tonemacvelli yes way moore, becuse u need to buy land also. an often the deal with complte houses is that u buy and they build. so very expensive, the best method ive seen some lucky people do, is that they buy cheap land from reletives who own larger land, and they build an own house from lösvirke ( loose timber ), that means u draw ur house by yourself and build it by yourself,

    That's not 100% correct. If you buy an apartment in a housing cooperative, you purchase a license which gives you the right to make use of an apartment. If you seriously misbehave, you can be kicked out and loose your entire apartment. It's extreme, and you do have a lot of rights and protections. There are apartments where you truly own a part of the building, which only started to occur in most recent years, usually in "socially challenged" areas. But the majority of "owners" in Swedish housing cooperatives, or "bostadsrättsföreningar", do not really own their apartment.

      Its all in that visit.. generally you won’t get another visit but you can request to owners ( its not common to reach out to owners, you might not even see them during visits)

    Sweden vs Norway At Present Situation which is better madam, for IT jobs. Because in Sweden We are seeing Gas and Electricity Crisis that increases the cost of Living so, Nothing we can Save.
    Which is better between Sweden vs Norway for family because in Norway we can get Good Salaries when compared to other scandanavian countries like ( Finland & Sweden).

    No mam, you don’t own the apartment construction, you only own the right to live in the apartment. Refer to agreement in detail.

      Yes, that’s right- its only right to live when it comes to bostadrätt type of apartment. Thanks for adding it.

    Hej, I would like to know how safe could it be to buy without the help of a mäklare, from private to private, so to spare those moneys. TY

    • @Pranalee-NewGirl-inTown
      @Pranalee-NewGirl-inTown  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It is possible to bypass and buy directly as well but it involves a very good knowledge of Swedish and a lawyer can help you for making the sell agreement! Overall, I would say it is more secured to go via Maklare as compared to direct buying!
      Good day!

      @@Pranalee-NewGirl-inTown yeah, especially considering we must pay a lawyer otherwise. Too bad...In other countries we can do it safely without an agent saving a lot of money. Do you know if its possible to resell within a year if I don't feel good in that apartment? I cannot find the proper answer in skatteverket pages. Tack 🌻

    • @Pranalee-NewGirl-inTown

      But you can always refer the area, and sold prices on HEMNET. Based on your bank assessment of your finances, they offer 80% loan of total property price in general!

    Hi, I wonder that you must have a Swedish address already in Sweden to get a swedish loan? you can not have address in India,and then get a swedish loan?

    • @Pranalee-NewGirl-inTown
      @Pranalee-NewGirl-inTown  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You basically need personnummer first - for which you need to be here! Address is one of the thing required while registering for personnummer when you first move to Sweden! So yes, a temporary address in Sweden is required to get a loan!

      @AshrafMasaa you can check on your embassies website the different visa types and visit purpose! With my limited knowledge, i dont know if your reason falls into any of the mentioned reasons! Try talking to your local embassy- that might get you the right type of visa!

    Hi, can you please tell how to access the Hemnet website in English, as I am unable to see anything in English and its all Swedish language .please suggest some English websites also where we can see rental accommodations. Also are you on instagram please share your username also.

    • @Pranalee-NewGirl-inTown

      Unfortunately, Hemnet is only in English but you can use google translate on chrome or IE or any other browser!
      Finding a English website is bit difficult here, but use the above option to translate! For rental you can refer blocket, Fb groups and MarketPlace or Samtrygg. There are few co-living options as well if you want to explore those on Allihoop or Colive!
      You can reach me out on IG :patilpranalee
