When maude became pregnant, I found Carol was absolutely horrible.She didn't seem to have any understanding of the situation.Her mother was in.She just wanted to push for the abortion.

@@elsamartinez8423 all the main characters can be nasty. Carol and Viv are the least mean. Maybe Carol knew her mother too well: "anything but tranquilizing" eager to be busy outside the home, impatient, argumentative, implacable, explosive.
