That was one of the best smaller homes I’ve seen! Loved the outside and the 2 porches!!! I don’t mind it as an open floor plan when there’s a division like the counter with bar stools. The bedrooms were kind of small, but we’d just use them as an office and guest room. Loved the large master closet with two doors! That was a very desirable home, and I thank you, Nate, for a great tour that might be a home we might want to purchase in the near future 😊
Workable home. I hate the vinyl floors and wood effect tile in the shower. Two doors to the closet is a bit silly. Could cut the closet a bit and have a pocket office at the end. While I'm not too enthused by combining my sewing and bedroom, I can do so. Other bedrooms would be occupied by my adult sons. Because I'm from the Pacific Northwest, I often think of wood fireplaces or space for a woodstove. I know that some of the smaller independent modular builders in WA do design with space for a stove in mind. You might want to research them and visit. They would love the exposure.
This house is very nice, like the layout and the decor, however I don’t need 2 porches and would have eliminated the front porch for a foyer and larger living room space. But it’s a great house for people who prefer 2 porches . Thanks for the tour Nate and hello Raiden . 🏡👏🏻👏🏻🏡.
Nice curb appeal, I like the roof lines and porches are always appreciated. 1700 sq ft is too much for me but the floor plan and finishings are pretty darn neat.💙
It looks a bit sparse, but drapes and your own touch can make it beautiful.Smaller homes are cheaper to heat and usually warmer. In the U.K. our homes unless your rich are smaller. But I sometimes see some of the big ones on here and wonder why someone would need so much space to live in.lol!..But don’t get me wrong I am in a small flat and it’s too small and I would love the luxury of space. Yet space takes upkeep too.But even with the huge electric prices it’s still cheap to run.I dread to think how much my old Edwardian house would have cost now.Ithinkthis is a great layout and at least you can have a bath without selling tickets because you have a window next to the Bach. However I bet it makes you popular with the neighbours lol!.
Love this one🎉

I love it, just needs a pantry in the kitchen. 😁

Do yo ureally need 2 doors for the main bedroom closet? is there an option not to have 2 doors ?
I'm sure there is an option to have a single center door.
I like this home except no pantry
◐.̃◐ Those bricks look like they are ready to fall over
How come you don't say who makes the home or the dimensions any more?
He usually does, and if not, the information is in the description as well.
I did mention this was a Champion built home out of Texas. I didn't have the dimensions at time of recording but I gave the Square footage. 1700 Sq Ft
He said it was a 1700 sq ft. Champion home. Each room has the dimensions posted on the screen during the walk-through.
