Thanks Robin. The U.K. has been battered by storm Arwen, and as a result our power was off all day yesterday which meant I couldn’t film. Will have a video up mid week instead, the prompt this week is to use either a doily or lace, or of course both 💕

Brilliant Nina, I know the technique of colouring and heating tyvek (leave it flat and heat you will get a fabulous 'pebble' like texture) but never thought of beads, thank you, I learn something new every video! xx

Lovely wall hanging! I love the colors of the sprays. I save tyvek envelopes whenever they come in the mail. I also saved an empty bag of bird food made of tyvek. Think I'll go give this a try. Great tip on heating the beads for texture.

I've just bought some a4 Tyvek too, inspured by Dee. The idea about buying a suit is amazing😊 I love your wallhanging. And I love the way it looks on the second mount board. I'd put the hanger behind😊 That's my tuppence worth😄

Since they were beads with holes in them you could have also strung some thin copper wire through them and added beads to that in different lengths. How cool is tyvex!

What a wonderful piece of art you have made there :) I would never have thought to use beads that way :) As for hanging, I would frame it with a piece of white behind ( like you had when you showed it ) and remove the glass, it truly is lovely :) tfs, and Have an Outstanding Day :) amy

fab beads, they also look great with wire wrapped around them in swirls with seed beads laced up in the wire. who knew melted plastic could be so pretty, :D

I have s few tyvek envelopes thst I found at our local Goodwill shop for $2.00 I THINK there are 6 or so large ones Im going to be excited to try to make s few beads too. thamk you so much for the inspiration. Josie

Well, this is absolutely fantastic!!! The colours are also so wowwwwwww!!! Excellent!! Thw truth is that I wasn't familiar with this technique, that you could use this material to do things like that!!! Always learning something new from you my friend, so thank you once again!!!
P.S. Just a thought: maybe alcohol inks will work out nicely, too!!

This is so fun! I love watching your wall hanging come together. This is such a fun project and I can see experimenting with different types of media like alcohol ink and water colors. I keep tyvek envelopes when they are used to mail something to me and now I have the inspiration to use them. Thanks for this cool idea. I just love your channel!

Any strong glue will for this. I probably used glossy accents 💕
