I have a severe sunburn allergy... even after applying nuetrigina P+++ sfp50 sunscreen & cover up all over body before stepping out but in vain get burned on my hands & my eyelids swells & alot of itching & burning sensation... every dr said take precautions & give anti allergic only 😌😌

Hi Mam, How can I use kojic acid, Nicinamide, Arbutin, Glycolic, Lactic acid, Vitamin c serum together?
This video helped me a lot… My skin is normal to dry n I used vitamin c serum…. After 6 months application of vitamin c serum I found dryness on my lip line n upper eye lid… I consulted with my dermatologist n she gave medicine n ointment… after using those the dryness disappeared but it used to come again n again…. But now I can understand for my dry skin serum not suitable….. Thanks a lot Dr. Anchal for making this kind video 😊😊….

1) Mam there is lot of online debate going on - that Rf with microneedling cause facial fat loss in long run.
2)What are your views on it?Plz suggest best and safe treatment to minimize the appearance of open pores to 70-80% atleast.
3) Is microneedling alone effective in reducing pores to 70-80 percent or not ,or should i pair it with other treatments to increase its benifit .😊

You should use skin peeling solution like aha bha or you can also use glycolic acid
That's call acne scars you should use tretinoin but its cause purging so than tretinoin cream you can use adaplene all scars even acne whitehead blackheads acne pores all will be erased its best for acne and skin texture

@@anuj232332 well I don't know about commercial serums those did
didn't worked for me rather than commercial serums I use medicated creams wich work like magic specially for acne
1) for active acne you should use either 2.5% or 5% benzoyl peroxide it's really work magically for active acne but it won't reduce marks and scars only demise the ance
2) for acne marks , scars, whiteheads, blackheads must try best 👌 is 0.1% adaplene gel its medicated cream you can find in pharmacy or online as well
3) for very seviur acne problems dermatologist prescribe 0.25% tretinoin cream but it's causes purging so you can go with adaplene 0.1 % after using adaplene then you can go to tretinoin after using continuously but if you stop using in middle may be the problem occur again
4) also must avoid comedogenic makeup,mostorizer and other skin care wich are comedogenic
5) must do double cleansing and use 2% salicylic acid face wash in addition also 2% salicylic gel or niacinamide up to 5% can be used to control excess sebum production
6) SPF 50 PA+++ suncreen and non comedogenic mostorizer is very very important otherwise these treatments not gonna work
This is my routine I follow and my skin is very good now I have medium oily to combination skin and i also suffered for acne amd whiteheads, blackhead but I didn't use tretinoin yet I will use it in future now I am using adaplene 0.1% thank you hope it helps but plz also check your skin requirements 😊 thank you

Hello ma'am! I'm suman. I've oily skin and the texture of my skin isn't so good. I've tried the plum sunscreen and moisturizer but none of them helped me to achieve the skin I wish for. Which sunscreen and moisturizer should I use to get visibly brighter and younger looking skin? Also which serum will suit my skin? I've dusky oily skin.
Acne uv gel sunscreen is best for oily acne prone skin... at least for me..

Doctor, that was so so helpful. I have dark spots, I was so confused which serum to use. As Alpha arbutin is said to be better for that but then niacinalide can also do that, but then you explained what type of skin should use what type, I will be going ahead with Alpha Arbutin as I was using Niacinamide for so long, but the spots have not decreased as much. Lactic acid - dry sensitive skin , dark spots (6:30) . niacinamide .for anti aging always use retinol with Hyloraunic acid
Recently I have started using Derma Co 15% AHA+ BHA peeling solution once in 8-10 days, can I use Derma co kojic acid cream on daily basis? As it also contains glycolic acid will it be safe to use? Or will it make my skin too sensitive?
