Literally the only person on TH-cam that installed one with wiring locations so thank you. This helped me with the ak620 digital I have. You would think this would be part of the instructions but no. I understand everyone has different boards but at least show or write about a diagram
i dont have a 3 pin port i just plugged i onto the case port to control it but can I still use the digital display?

I really wished DeepCool would sell an "LCD upgrade" for the Normal Ak620. I really want this, but I can't justify replacing my Zerodark Ak620, which I got for my 2023 Build back in February.

Just sell the one for like 25$ and buy a new one

Just got mine with my am5 build and I love it. Only complaint is I wish it had the ability to display images in the screen like a water cooler

I think it 's the perfect size between the AK400D and AK620D, it doesn't compromise the look of the ram especially if your ram has rgb.

I plan on using the mesh panel on case and using 7800X3D.
ak500 seems to be good in between the ak620 and ak400.
hi , i have this question , can i connect the argb fans of the case on the extension on 5v pin ? my mobo only has 1 spot for 3 pin 5v argb
is it possible to have it display the GPU Temp? or maybe even the CPU temp and utilization at the same time?

Hello. I`ve a Asus Tuf B450 Pro Gaming motherboard and there is no 3 pin for RGB (gdv 5v), only 4 pin 12v , but I have a controller from the Aerocool One Eclipse case with such a pin. Will I be able to connect this cooler?
You rekon it would fit on a asus strix z790-h? Cause I got the 620 and it didnt fit
There are two versions from the ak500.. with a display+LED and without.. I installed it and first i was confused why it didn't work haha I ordered the wrong one. But i can send it back. The temperatures on my 5800x in cinebench r23 are at max 83 degrees. Very strom and quiet.
I hope they upgrade this to a LED screen so you can rotate the display orientation for some people like me who has the Thernaltake CTE cases haha.
Hi, I have the exact cooler, however my LED temperature stat isn’t appearing when turned on? What could be the issue, do I need to download the driver before it’ll work? The LED surround is however working. Many thanks looking forward to hearing your thoughts

Hi if i dont plug argb plug only argb stop working or any other fuctions will stop working because o really bad don't want rgb in that cooler because in my pc that colorfull looks bad by the way I don't have that port can i just don't connect the plug and fans with screen will work anyway?

I just installed mine and the rgb and actual fan works but when I installed the software I got an error saying that the device wasn’t detected.

I have the exact same issue. I reinstalled and did a lot of troubleshooting and to only find out in the deepcool system tray there is actually a "Launch at windows start up" this sorted everyinthg. Why does the 3 pin rgb cable has another connector in the same cable? What should I do with it, and what is its purpose?
Daisy chaining. You can connect another ARGB fan or other product to it. Lets you use more than one device per RGB header.

i don't get it "inline resistor" this slows fan when CPU are Cold and back work fast when it's hot or slow it all time ?

why would there be a need for an inline resistor? Don't all cpu air coolers already have pwm control?
Yes but the point is to lower the fan speed more.

Is anyone else’s mounting bracket way too far down? My screws don’t even reach the brackets let alone screw in
I bought one of the AK620 Digitals, and while they are good quality, and looked great, the screen scratched very easily. I accidentally scratched it the second I peeled the plastic off. I ultimately returned it to Amazon, and bought an AIO instead. Cooling performance was excellent though!
When I tried to download the software it says it would take 2 hours to download the software. And the site is soooooo slow

I bought this, display will not work fan works fine rgb works fine deeopcool logo illuminated, I've tried every usb on my motherboard and I always get device not detected from deepcool software. I've messaged deepcool but no response in the last 24 hours, has to be a display issue as its not rocket science installing this as all the connections only plug in one way. I kinda regret buying it at this point, I thought it would look cool and be a neat feature but mine doesn't work.

Hey guys I have this cooler and my cpu temps while idle are between the 60 and 70. I checked the manual several times to see if I did the installation right and I did. I also used the included thermal paste. I tried reinstalling the cooler but the temps are still the same. The cpu that I’m using is the ryzen 5 7600. What should I do ?
If you could rotate the display I would be all over it. But my system is in a ThermalTake tower case so the MB is rotated 90*
You reutilized the same images ocasionally for the both mobo but ok xD

We need to address these crappy clips, I have not ever met any builder that enjoys these clips. That top hole is, maybe, one of the best solutions. I just upgraded to the Z790 last night, if the board is out it is still a struggle.
not as good as the noctua NH-U12S runs 85c on my 7800x3d R23 allcore 80c R23all core with the noctua NH U12S .. heat pipes are the big difference noctua has 7 per side AK 500 5

My motherboard does not have the 3 pin 5v argb connector. I really hate Newegg for their marketing.

It absolutely has 3 pin 5V ARGB headers on your board. Bottom left there are 2 headers
