Pierre Pollivere isn't exactly a good dude with our best interests in mind once you start to do a little digging, yet he seems to be primed to take the spot of Trudeau. Talking about getting rid of affordable housing, switching to digital currency etc (did we learn nothing the day of the Rogers crash? It affected everything! Couldn't even pay debit at stores!) The affordable housing one is a big one, especially in this economy when NO housing is affordable and even the middle-class are struggling. I agree that affordable housing should not need to exist; I believe that housing *should* be affordable, period. But that's not what Pierre's on about. Pretty sure dude wants to eliminate provincial disability and ofc "welfare" too, get Canadians working...meanwhile too many Canadians are busting their asses off to scrape by.
We need to reform politics. Idk all the details on how because politics are steeped in the language of BS and I don't speak it...but we do need average people who know and care what average people need in office. There's a country that had "the world's poorest president" who lived just like his people, saying when his people live well then he will live well but until then, why should he be living better than the rest of his nation? We need more people like that in charge.

As a fellow Canadian, I can assure you that the majority of the people whose votes count are oblivious to any of this. Frequently during my discussions with folks, they are entirely unaware of any bills until long after they are passed, and even highlighting what Trudy has done leaves them flabbergasted and insisting I'm mistaken or embellishing. Even the arcade / go karts / mini golf / batting cage place close to where I live didn’t close down until we had a huge flood in November 21. U must of been in Toronto or something

Thousands of years of bloodshed PROVE this is the case. It has never been the case where a government decides to tell people only the what the government thinks they should hear and the outcome is better than when the people have the right to free speech. When free speech is upheld, there is LESS violence, destruction and corruption even though it seems on face value that it should not be the case. Among other things, it teaches the people to be less reactionary, more measured in their immediate decision-making, less prone to being ployed to respond, less psychologically controllable, and more able to peacefully disagree. When you make it the responsibility of a person hearing different ideas and opinions, they are empowered and charged with responsibility for themselves - that's the power seat in every negotiation. History shows evidence in bloody upheaval after upheaval, not to mention the viciousness and cruelty the public has endured when other organizations, aiming at the best for humanity, instead created authoritarian nightmares. The proof is well-documented in history: free speech means less senseless violence, and better conditions, always.

Milgram's study involved participants administering what they believed were painful electric shocks to another person under the direction of an authority figure.
In the same way, some cops listen to orders instead of working for the best interest of the community.

Read the bill..it's mainly about children who are targeted. Do we protect them or the creeps who hurt them? I choose the childrens safety. It's quite simple. Get a grass roots campaign happening for Right of Recall to be implemented. Once you have Right of Recall you can pull any politician out of power at any time. You don't have to wait for an election. California has Right of Recall with regard to its governor.

They couldn't cross the border. That's why they were out of work. It's easy to keep on working, as a trucker, if your job didn't involve crossing the border. Instead of calling them Nazis, without any evidence, he could have talked to their leaders and found out what their grievances were and to see if there were any solutions. But he didn't do that. He beat them down.
Justin could have negotiated with the American government to find solutions to their issues that would satisfy everyone. NOPE.....couldn't do that. We do as the great PM says or he'll seize you bank accounts and set his thugs on to you.

Look at history and how citizens get rid of bad leaders.. thats what it takes.. force by citizens. It takes the citizens going wherever they are and forcefully removing the polititcian physically.
