I think the HQ is worth saving - that brick will probably age quite well if it had a new roof with solar panels and get the brickwork fixed up. Would be a good parking at least the courtyard bit should be pulled down that's barely staying up.

Great progress being made. Tell Tom to do a Costco trip for some supplies, boxes of milk portions and coffee, tea sugar etc so there's plenty there and bickies etc for the workers. Maybe some pot noodles and stuff you can grab to eat to keep you warm

With the talk about toilets surely you need to plumb on into the gate house eventually so should you not look at some form of septic tank system for it and just add an outhouse style toilet to it till the gatehouse one it put in?
