Ahimsagram Unlearning Cafe

This is a film made by our friend Mana Hall, who was interning with us. We are enjoying our explorations in self organising, collaborative governance and sustainable food practices.
Our businesses are either run in a control and command ways or people try consensus process and they both are challenging. One loses on connection and other on effectiveness. Our self organising using Holacracy while integrating Nonviolent Communication(NVC) helps us be effective as well as collaborative. Its not easy to do it when we are not used to it, but there people learn to draw their boundaries, to say 'no' and engage after that, to take authrority and see it as a gift to serve, make mistakes and learn from them, explore role assignments based on your strengths and capabilities and passion.
No wonder many young people who want to create a different world are attracted to ahimsagram and are an important part of the place. Besdes, the team here is inspired and knows how to make the business resilient and dynamic.
