www.amazon.com... It's an Ultralight Sleeping bag, Bivvy, Ultralight Tarp Shelter, and a thermal blanket, all in one. This will def make it into my Ultralight Backpacking gear, hunting gear, Bugout Bag, and Bushcraft Kit.

Hi All,
I wanted to respond to a few of your comments.
First let me thank RevHiker for taking the time to do the review. Very cool indeed.
1. Colors - I’m thinking an OD green will come next. I don’t have the option to do multiple colors strait out of the gate. So I would love to hear if OD Green would be the best choice for a color. Also to get to that point of making more, I need to move some of the white ones first. So tell your friends. Also winter is coming and these would blend nicely in the snow.
2. Stitching - I think the stitching is fantastic, ok not just the owner talking up his product here, I’ve done some sewing and I know for a fact it would be very difficult to try to replicate the quality, it is done very well.
3. Zippers - The Zipper is a nylon coil on polyester tape, which is inherently UV protected. #5 is very strong but will still go around the corners, #5 means its 5mm wide when closed. It’s a double slider (2) zippers with an inside / outside pull. The zipper is stitched at each end of the fold of the bag and run the entire perimeter of it.
The bag in the open position would home each of the two zippers to each end of the bag.
The bag in the closed position could home each of the two zippers anywhere along the zipper ie. top, middle, bottom or in a vented position. Ie. 1 foot apart to open a vent anywhere along the bag.
The zippers seems very solid and I feel they would hold up quite well.
4. Testing - On the first few beta bags that I received from manufacturing, I was extremely hard on them trying to find any obvious weak points before going into full production. In all of the testing I didn't identify any failures. I have a lot of skin in the game as my reputation is on the line, not to mention a significant investment. I made sure the product was solid before running the first run.
I’m going to be putting up some more pictures on the 2gosystems.com site within a day showing the zipper, stitching etc.

+2GoSystems Thanks for the info!
Good sir, which do you carry now..this or the escape bivvy? Thanks
Just getting into backpacking and was sold on the SOL thanks to your detailed info on it. I will be going with the Trifecta instead since you have similar enthusiasm for this and I'm 6'4". Thanks for sharing your experiences with us keep up the great work.
Don2realign thank you! You'll end up with the Trifecta 2.0 I believe. I don't think the version one is still available. Not to worry though... It's even better!
I decided to buy one. It got here fast. I tried it out last night. It's good quality like my SOL and plenty of room to spread out. I'm very pleased. Thanks for the video.
+dadsfunpage Awesome! Glad you liked it. I will be uploading my field test video soon
Thanks Rev! As a family man I can see this working well for added warmth on camping trips or just to have in the car as a prep.
cool, Thanks for watching!
I just purchased the newest version of this in the EXTRA LARGE (XL) Version, thinking precisely what you were saying about the more air between me and the bivy will help to keep me warmer, as well I tend to roll around in my sleep quite a bit and feel the extra space for sure will benefit me, and of course was a huge selling point, as I'm 6'2 and 247 lbs currently. I've been an avid outdoorsman in Canada and the USA for the last 35 years, and I'm solidly impressed with this product. The newer version has a rubberized style guard down the zipper which not only helps the zipper from not catching on material but of course it's main function was to keep rain water out. I wouldn't say it is 100% waterproof by any means but it likely could be with tent waterproofing spray! Not sure how it would effect the breathability, but I might try it eventually after this winter. For this winter I'm planning to use it with some of my other winter kit to kind of see how it performs in ultra cold temperatures. I'm not expecting miracles, but I'm guessing about a 20 degree change above air temperature, judging from my pre-testing. Over top of an already bulletproof winter sleeping bag, I'm guessing will add to ultra freezing air which is nearly unbreathable (hurts to breath) at -47 Centigrade (-53 F), to a far more breathable temperature, and still manage to be propped open enough by the stiffer fabric that stays put now and will likely even stay put better in the more extreme colds I'm guessing. Venting in extreme colds always is an issue, but with the trifecta, the top ventilation can be propped open depending on which way i face and my own breathing causing moisture can be directed out the top with the material placement so as not to collect too much moisture, which of course is a major concern in the extreme colds, I have faced many times over. I love innovation in camping gear and of course this seems like a very great piece of kit. Thick wet snow I'm suspecting, with this material won't likely require waterproofing, as usually rain will seep through tents far easier than snow. So I'm guessing it will do good in winter without waterproofing far better than spring and fall. Snow at real cold temperatures rarely melts and I usually have to manually remove it off or tent tarp and shelter, alike! So no big deal where that is concerned. If it gives the performance as I'm expecting from my pre testing here, which I am already impressed with it. But can't wait to take it through it's paces and test out some possible reflective functions with it in a practical environment by the fire. Any knowledge on how fire retardant or lacking there of, would be appreciated, I'm sure people have had this by the fire and know. Is it as touchy as teton sleeping bags is with fire or will it not burn through with an odd moderate spark hitting it. My teton sleeping bag has a small few sparks hit it and I thought the whole sleeping bag was going to go up almost instantly. This doesn't seem to be bad that way, but I'm not that familiar with the material admittedly. Curious about what your more used ones look like that have been around the camp fire look like after extensive use!?
I used the SOL escape Bivvy for a winter with the same too small issues.
I really want one of these.
A little tip for you.
Try tossing in a couple of hot water bottles wrapped in a sweater if it really gets cold out.
It keeps the hot water bottles warm too.
They don't weigh much empty and they accept any crap water you can find.
Dude. Thank you. Exactly what I was looking for. I have the SOL escape bivy, which fits me, but my brother is 6'2 and I didn't want to get him the SOL based on your review. Problem solved. Cheers.
Clay Platt 👍🏼👍🏼 the version 2 is out now and is even better than this
They are very nice I had mine down to 25 with just my wool blanket and was very comfortable. great piece of kit for sure. atb John
+Turtle Bushcraft awesome!
Already have the SOL but checking this out. Love the versitily of it!
+Sinfonian Barelytone This thing is great. I have always loved my SOL, and I like this even better!
Thanks Drew...I just ordered a 2go System's Trifecta. they are on sale for $46.00 (50 with shipping). Look forward to hanging with it.
No problem. It's an awesome way to save weight and space in your pack and still stay warm.
I'm 6'5 and this makes me happy lol, thanks for sharing!
+Calyn45 Awesome! It's long enough that I can pull it up over my head and zip it if I want, with room to spare!
Hey Rev, absolute luv this!! I will be picking up one of these this week after payday!!! This was perfect timing. I was going to pick up the sol set and make the mod you did. Now I don't have to go anything other than wait for the trifecta to be delivered!!!
Thnx for sharing! God bless
great! I can't wait to get this thing out in some bad weather and really put it through the ringer
+RevHiker mine is on the way!! I should have it by this Friday!!!! POWW
Awesome!
thank you soooo much for these reviews!! i had concerns about the sol (i'm 6'2 250),especially with a blanket or heavy clothes on... but this looks like a winner.
i will hold out for the od or hopefully a tan/deadgrass... but i could easily see a few of these in my family gear.
can't wait to see (or even offer my own) long term test
thanks again and God bless!

+rkaag99 Thanks Rob! The Inventor/owner of the company has told me that the next run he does will have OD or similar color in production. Im not sure when it will be, but hopefully these sell well so the next run can go into production!
Brian Contacted me also. I used it last weekend for 2 nights. I like the SOL but for big guys this is far better and more multi functional..Stay tuned for a review
+Great lakes prepper cool! Looking forward to your review
I have to check that out since I need something light weight and is good as a shelter when camping on foot.
The Trifecta Version 2 is now available for pre-order. Olive green and better zipper performance, and grommets replaced with webbing. Still about $60. Can't wait to try it out.
+John Campbell I will be getting one fairly soon to try out...I will be reviewing it hopefully before its available
RevHiker
Outstanding! I have one on order. Looking for ward to the review.
me too!
I really like the versatility of this bivy/tarp. Would be nice to be able to have my camp open during the day and then transform the same item into a bivy, without having to carry two separate items.
I can see some use for it even when tent camping as additional shelter during the day if it is raining and then to add more insulation at night, or even for backup if the sleeping bag gets wet.
Thanks for showing this; I am looking forward to trying it myself.
+This Trip of Mine Thanks, glad you enjoyed it! Its a great item
solid design, would love one for the adventure motorcycle trips
+Wandering Beast It would be awesome for that! Im doing a motorcycle trip with my dad with it in a couple weeks, and this is coming with me, along with my hammock!
Have the ver 1 Love it works great and light weight
gonna have to add to my 'to purchase' list ... thanks for the review
+Ed Wiget Sure thing!
Thank you for your video review and your time
This is cool. Thanks for sharing. It's like a water proof version of a Morskochanski Survival Scarf. I just ordered it. I'm going to make a modification to it by putting in a small window with noseum netting and one more zipper so that i can close like a cocoon to keep out the creepy crawlies.
+Far East Survival You ordered the Trifecta, or the Survival Scarf?
I ordered the trifecta and I will convert it to a survival scarf
except it wont be a scarf obviously. It will be a trifecta with full enclosure capabilities.
oh ok.
I was jus checking them out...they look pretty cool.
I thought I would add that it is on sale right now for $49. Sounds like a pretty good deal.
nice!
Hey, a bivvy that actually zips open! My S.O.L. OD green Escape bivvy is torn at the bottom of the zipper because it doesn't open enough. How well does the head end close around your face, and does it have a drawstring at that end when it is zipped up?
I have the Escape Bivy, which I found out about from you, And I love it but this seems awesome too! My only problem would be the money I am on a tight budget and I can't really afford to fork over 60 bucks!
+SanJuanHiker The V2 is coming out soon, so you may even be able to pick one up used by then. Plus I think there went down to 45...he may have some left on the website
nice review looks like a very good product thanks for sharing always learning
+Amra survival Thanks!
Except that wiond, cold wind, rain and snow can penetrate the shelter. Regardless, it can be modified for a more secure shelter or sleeping bag.
BCB - Bivy Canopy & Blanket sounds Versatile enough for me.A rainstorm review would be cool.
+PREPFORIT That is next on the list. If I cant get some rain, Ill set it up under a sprinkler for a few hours haha
Just ordered one, they come in green now, $90 Canadian after shipping and exchange rate, ouch but seems like money well spent to me.
Has anyone suggested adding a hood like a poncho that would double as a stuff sack , to add even more versatility without a weight penalty.
+BEARivrman81356 not until now! Thats a good idea
so what exactly does your hammock setup look like? Under quilt or pad? seems crazy you can get down to freezing with that...I'm certainly interested.
Very good, Thank you very much
Really like the look of this. I'm holding out for a field test though. Would love to get your thoughts after you have had a chance to use it.
+a4t5fan field test coming this week...hopefully!
I mate would you use this product in a hammock with an underquit or roll mat, or will it work as a 1 piece unit in conjunction with only a hammock, peace Bex
Interesting product. Seems kinda pricey, at $60. I think you could do as much or more, with two (5'x7') $15 Grabber All Weather Blankets.
+Tim McCabe I guess that would depend on what you want to do. The blankets wont make a good bivvy. You wont be able to seal them up and block out wind like you can with this. Even if you folded one in half, It wouldnt have as much room as the trifecta, and again, wouldnt close. For use as a tarp strictly, yes, a grabber would be about the same, but smaller and heavier. The grabbers are also noisy as heck, which can be annoying. Like I said, really depends on what your goals are.
I know you like this bivy; and in fact it was your recommendation that I bought one. I tried it out in the living room to check the fit and I was pleased and I have yet to try it out on a hike, however, my latest challenge is to go SUL - super ultra light and the trifecta weights about 460g on my analog scale and both my CoolMax and Reactor bag liners nearly double the weight and volume in my pack. I think I want some sort of "other" kind of bivy that is light, waterproof and sheds internal condensation.
thoughts?
FINALLY, something to fit my big body.
+Lellobeetle I think this will be a home run
I'm purchasing today with some birthday money I received.
Great! Enjoy it!
Hi Drew,
I was watching a few reviews on the trifecta and have been very impressed. I was wanting your opinion on what I might be able to use this bag. Let me give some background to explain.
I live in southeast Texas. It is wet and warm. My financial resources are very limited but I want to do some backpacking a camping. I have been looking at multiple items and wondered what I actually need. It looked to me like I need a sleeping bag, a quality tarp, and a hammock or a tent. The thing about the sleeping bag is that I don't need a hot sleeping bag. It is currently (as an example) 11:15 PM in late October and the weather channel says it is 75. The low for the next week is 55 with most nights not dropping below 65 without a hard rain to drive down the temperature. With my weather, it seems like most of the time, I need a less heat retention than most places would for a night in the woods.
So my thought is to use the trifecta as my primary sleeping bag with still getting to use the tarp option as a light weight, get out of the weather, option for day hikes.
I do have a few concerns with using it as such and since you tried out the trifecta, I should ask you.
My first concern is durability. I get that the trifecta is more than capable of taking on an emergency role but is it rugged enough to take on a primary use role?
My second concern seems silly to ask but I will due to the fact that it will directly impact my sleep. I get that the trifecta will be more noisy than a "traditional" sleeping bag but is it too distracting? I realize that the question is subjective but it is a worry so I will still ask.
My third concern is how breathable (and soft) is the material? Obviously, waterproof inhibits breathability but my worry is that while the trifecta might work just fine (once again) in an emergency situation, it might not have the breathability or comfort necessary as the primary sleeping bag.
My fourth concern is how well the trifecta will work in a hammock system. At some point (after saving all I can) I would like to get a hammock system since trees in in southeast Texas are plentiful but dry ground is not. I even have the hammock system picked out. Unfortunately, the Warbonnet Blackbird XLC is a long way off from my budget but I would like to get something that would work with my dream hammock.
I guess what it comes down to is, how practical of an idea is this for my situation in your opinion? Would I be better off buying a light sleeping bag or the Trifecta?
Thank you in advance for both your time and your honest opinion.
In Good Faith,
Michael
+Michael Reed To answer your questions, yes, the trifecta will work...and quite well. The noise wont really be a factor, durability should not be an issue either. It is the same material as the SOL bivvy and Ive been using that for over 2 years with no real signs of wear. With the temps you're talking about I would be sleeping in my t shirt and shorts! The nice thing is that you could use this as a blanket and let your back cool through the hammock. I use this as my primary bag, just as I did with the SOL. It would be a great way to save money, space and weight in your pack.
I'm trying to decide between this and the SOL Bivvy in order to have a summer bag. Is the Trifecta as condensation free as the SOL?
Yes, it is. Its also much roomier, and can double as a tarp, etc.
I'm interested in seeing if it addresses condensation like the SOL.
+Leon Newell Its the same material so condensation shouldn't be an issue. The SOL Escape never gave me condensation problems, and Since this is the same thing, I'm not anticipating any problems.
Ehh extremely skeptical about those zippers. Never seen them last more than a couple uses on other items. We need a subdued color as well. Other than that I dig it.
+Luckiduc13 They do look small, but time will tell. They felt solid during my testing. Im told other colors are coming
Great review! Any chance in the future this will be available in different colors? I'd buy one right now if it came in (safety orange).
the next run will be in OD green and possibly a "dead grass". orange will be down the road. There's always spray paint haha
lol I'll hold off on the spray paint until he gets one in orange :-) lol
How warm is it compared to the escape bivvy, and is it just as breathable? looks pretty cool, looking forward to a fieldtest video :)
It's the same material, with the same coating. So it should be about the same or warmer, due to the extra trapped air with extra room
+RevHiker Thanks for your answer as always! I hope you'll keep us updated with your thoughts when you have had a chance to properly try it out and see how it performs. This seems like an awesome product :)
Sure will. Planning to do some overnight testing this week.
So can this replace an underquilt??
it would depend on the temperature. I've never had a real underquilt, but this does well by itself down to the low 40's
tHANK YOU....
can it be washed without degrading the material - like tyvek??
I would imagine that the material would be fine but the reflective part would suffer
Interesting, thank you for getting back to me on that.
+415 Mazer I haven't washed it, so I don't know about the reflective part. The material is tyvek so that part would be fine.
how many zippers does it have?
2
Sure, I'd like one, but $60 is almost ridiculous considering what it actually is, and isn't.
Here's to all you giants...
J/k 😉
Hey! Nice review!
Do you know Jerven Fjellduken from Norway? It's almost the same, but with camouflage used for hunting. Ok, it costs much more, but it also seems to me that it's better quality...
Check this guy doing a review:

+ed77die its sort of similar from what I can see from the video, but the shape and materials are pretty different. It look like a neat product though.

You should not use Jesus as a curse word... You should know better :)
Anders Erichsen I didn't...
Well now you do - thanks for the Videos by the way. I'm looking into if i'm going to get one or not. Either the Sol or This. Sounds like you also would be able to have more clothing on in the Trifecta to keep you warm.
Yes, Theres a lot more room for extra clothing
