I first heard her about two years ago but just recently have been introduced to newer artist but have really enjoyed LP's the most and went a little further in finding more of her songs . Not everyone is aware of her , not one of my coworkers knew of her until I played her music for them at work . That question can be asked of many . I heard her voice on a commercial and knew immediately that it was her . That's when I started listening and looking for more of her music again, to be exact .

Ya know how when you hear a voice for the first time and it takes your breath away and there's this unearthly connection and rocks you to your soul? The kind of voice that can bring tears to your eyes, chills to your skin and pain in your gut...but the good kind of pain. It's almost impossible to describe in words. Music and singing is the essence of me. The core of my being and what I was sent here to do. That has been taken from me by my illness, so it pains me even more when I can't sing the way I want. BUT, even though it's not the same as feeling the rush of singing, I can still feel the soul moving experience such as what I feel when I listen to LP.
Seeing her life intensified that feeling times 10 I was crying, swaying and even though I lost my voice I still sang my heart out. @@bleukani5232 girl I've been sheltered . All I do is work work work . I'm not much on social media or listening to the radio . I first heard her about two years ago but just recently have been introduced to newer artist but have really enjoyed LP's the most and went a little further in finding more of her songs . Not everyone is aware of her , not one of my coworkers knew of her until I played her music for them at work . That question can be asked of many . I heard her voice on a commercial and knew immediately that it was her . That's when I started listening and looking for more of her music again, to be exact .

Ya know how when you hear a voice for the first time and it takes your breath away and there's this unearthly connection and rocks you to your soul? The kind of voice that can bring tears to your eyes, chills to your skin and pain in your gut...but the good kind of pain. It's almost impossible to describe in words. Music and singing is the essence of me. The core of my being and what I was sent here to do. That has been taken from me by my illness, so it pains me even more when I can't sing the way I want. BUT, even though it's not the same as feeling the rush of singing, I can still feel the soul moving experience such as what I feel when I listen to LP.
Seeing her life intensified that feeling times 10 I was crying, swaying and even though I lost my voice I still sang my heart out. It’s like it’s just you and her in the room and the band doesn’t overpower her so you’re not losing your hearing during the concert and her voice is clear as day the whole time
