The Revv Generator 120 MK2 does not have the harmonic complexity and intangible sweetness that the Diezel amps have ! If you played only metal or musical styles that required just a lot of ultra hi gain without the beautiful character that the Diezel amps have then go for it!
Is the drive channel of the VH4 pedal identical to the old version? Sounds less fizzy compared to demos of the old pedal... but hard to make a reasonable comparison between different videos/setups
the prices come through import & distribution to the US! Its the same in europe with american brands like Mesa or Friedman they are also much more expensive for us. So nothing to do with the company!
So the new pedal is $80 more than the original? That seems reasonable but for almost $400 I'm thinking about paying a little more and getting Diezel preamp module for the Synergy preamp.Anyone know the price of the Synergy module?
That's what I thought they had said when they were talking about the Synergy module, only $20 more than the pedal and you get the actual tube preamp channel.I don't have a Synergy unit but I believe they're still backwards compatible with the Egnator M4 which can switch both channels.
Synergy? Do you think this will ever be released? The synergy thing is running since at least 5 years in the background as far as I know and the haven't still released anything. But you can grab the Randall RM stuff pretty cheap right now and Synergy and Randall are compatible. So if synergy is out, just grab the module but I highly doubt the will ever release the products.
Totaly wrong style of music to promote a Diezel, it sucks as blues amp and clean also, it just kicks ass as metal amp. But isn’t it absolutely nonsense to show the sound of a vh4 pedal on a Diezel amp? It is like showing the sound of a Ferrari sounding exhaust pipe by using a Ferrari.
Brilliant Presentation. Thank You. Cool Sound.
Diezel Is the most best brand of amps! Literally one of the only amps that sound amazing right out of the box, without effects. Plug and play

But yet if you're not making money with it, you probably can't afford it. Or should I say, can't justify making that kind of purchase
Is Channel 1 on VH4-2 the same as the original VH4? Thanks
i recognize some VH "Black and Blue"
I hear they are quite good
VH stands for "Variable Head", correct?
Alternatively, *_VERY HEAVY_*
Still NO new 2ch VH4 Pedal to be found anywhere. Peter said "Available now" in January. Its almost June and where is it? Please provide info @Diezel
bushkey it’s out now.

mmm... seems like a pretty scarce pedal for one that "available already"
Finally they are recognizing that having a clean channel and pedals is much more versatile. Now bring those prices down as well.

kylenarad yeah a Dual Rectifier is as expensive as a VH4 over here, ~ 3k

diezel is way too expensive
I was hoping for someone to play Stockholm Syndrome by Muse using the Vh4
Is it possible to switch ON and OFF the VH4 pedal with the remote connection switch?

Synergy modules are $399 each + you need a preamp / amp to play them in :)

Thats what I heard so far they will work in the older amps, so should be rocking in the M4 :)
