Thank you so much ! For sharing ur knowledge w everyone.. im 32 years old and my passion for pelargoniums is growing by the day.. ur videos give me inspiration.. 😬❤️
Thank you very, very much for your interesting video! I tried to harvest some seeds, but it seems that I did it too late and they were too dry. It didn't give any results, unfortunately... Thank for the information about fertilizers, I am always afraid to overfeed my pelargoniums!
Please can you post a video on how to hand pollinate pelagoniums I am desperate to learn from the best thanks for your time and as always Happy Sowing Happy Growing keep safe
@@ritchiemacinnis5680 I’m assuming you mean p. Graveolens which is classed as a Scented leaf variety and not a Unique. I’m afraid I don’t know anyone that may sell these. Obviously p.Graveolens can be propagated by cuttings but I guess for ease of transport you’re looking for seeds.
It basically means that the florets are not being fertilised. It could be either too hot, too dry, or you don’t have enough different varieties near to each other which is required for cross pollination.
@@thepagsociety i feel that then this is much more important to explain in a video than how to get the seeds. Maybe on hand made pollination methods. it seems such video doesn't exist, have to look for it first xD How the pollen works then? why it cannot self pollinate?
Gerry Zhang In the main Uniques have smaller and more open bloom heads than the blousy Regals which tend to have a tighter more frilly bloom head which is a real show off. The colour variation is also much greater on Regals.
Depends where you are, I can if you are in the UK but I wouldn’t have a clue outside of the UK. Now that we are no longer in the EU UK nurseries no longer export.

Happy Sowing Happy Growing Yes will do.
@@thepagsociety thank you I am really looking forward to it
The sound in your video is kind of hard, it should be kind of softer.
Are the Rose Geraniums identified as Pelargonium capitatum x radens considered a "unique"? Where can I purchase Pelargonium capitatum x radens seeds?

Can I grow pelargonium capitatum x radens from seeds ?
My geraniums never do such long spike and never have seeds. The flowers simply dry out empty .. why??

@@thepagsociety i have 4 plants of scented geranium and 3 varieties of them.
Can't the plant self pollinate?
It's not the climate, pretty sure.
@@alessandromariani3015 Hi, no they don’t self pollinate they need another variety.

@@alessandromariani3015 There is a playlist about hybridising.
How can you tell some of these uniques apart from regals?

Wish you could give us some link on where we can buy some
