    Summary:
This week I’m SO excited to be joined by a trailblazer and icon whose work has deeply impacted my life: Byron Katie. Tune in to discover a powerful method of inquiry born directly out of Byron Katie’s experience which allows you to release yourself from suffering and access the wisdom that always exists within you.
In 1986, at the bottom of a ten-year spiral into depression and self-loathing, Byron Katie woke up one morning in a state of joy. She realized that when she believed her stressful thoughts, she suffered, but that when she questioned them, she didn’t suffer, and that this is true for every human being. Her simple yet powerful process of self-inquiry, which she calls The Work, consists of four questions and the turnaround, which is a way of experiencing the opposite of what you believe.
Byron Katie has been bringing The Work to millions of people for more than thirty years. Her books include the bestselling Loving What Is, now in a revised edition, I Need Your Love-Is That True?, A Thousand Names for Joy, and A Mind at Home with Itself.

Who created this "Earth school "and for what reason? I can understand her teaching and method but nobody convince me that painful childchood is a bliss and part of "learning"...

The point is to question your
      thoughts.
And to see the answer. Inside yourself, so, for example.
Somebody created the Earth school. Then you question that thought. Is it true? And you wait four your answer. It will come to you from inside,it's a yes or no.Then ask yourself again,Can I be absolutely sure that someone created the Earth's scool? And then just get still and listen to the Answer from inside of You. And you will get the answer. Is it yes or no, and then question further. How do I feel when I believe it? And the look, listen to your inside world. I feel agressive, scared, confused..And the fourth question is, who would I be if I didn't believe that thought that someone created the Earth school, and then get really still and just after a few seconds or few minutes, the answer will come to you. Who are you without that thought?
I am peaceful. I am like water, that is what I get when I question this thought. Youu have to see for yourself who are you and it will just open your mind and get you to places you never knew that were inside of you. Sorry for the long post.
