Yes as a person creating a thriving business you need good people on your team! An a lot of these Ghanaian people have to evolve away from their lack c daisy ways known as Ghana time because that’s attitude is going to get you nowhere on the global stage! So I’m not mad at you I know that I’ll mostly likely will have too do the same when I move to Ghana next year or so…. When trying to find the right people to work on my team as well.

I agree! Ghana has a culture that is too relaxed! One of the reasons why it's not competitive and advancing in its development compared to other African countries. It is going to take those of us in the diaspora to change the mindset of these people. Business is business and when there's an agreement for someone to receive payment for services and their work they need to show up and show out! I know for sure as a Jamaican living in the US I will not tolerate this lackadaisical mindset/attitude!

I love what your trying and give thanks for sharing your journey and allowing others to share your dream but as a realist pessimist I believe that this is all just a dream and with all dreams we wake up. You have a morally set of corrupt people the same ppl that sold I to the Europeans as the foundation and your importing another set of ppl some who are gonna be good but I believe based on my experiences in the west most will be bad mind and grudgeful so how is this gonna end well ?
