In Islam, the rules of etiquette don't apply to Kuffars (non Muslims). It's perfectly fine to lie, cheat, steal, etc. since the Kuffar does not submit to Islam! Kuffars, Imfidels, Dhimmis, etc. are considered as inferiors! Ellison is simply keeping in line with his religion!
