I have a very similar situation like this going on and I have to reach out to Angie's lead directly the real one and inform them that someone is actively promoting advertising and collecting proceeds on their legitimate service that they have trademark and are slandering their company name and giving it a bad reputation trademark laws are in place for specific reasons and it's very sad when people use other people's brand names like someone making fraudulent Nike shoes and sell them at a discount and it's nothing to the real similar product giving Nike a bad name these are just one example but copyright infringement laws are in place for a reason
