At our high school our percussion class had two of his pieces. Our groups are split into two different ones playing either Scuttlebutt or Technology. I’m in the group that’s playing Technology and i got the glockenspiel part. Can’t wait to play this for solo and ensemble next month!
That's sick, we are doing a two group split as well right now, with the advanced group playing Tusk by David Jarvis and the intermediate playing Technology

All of the sudden, he showed this piece to us, and I was shook and amazed by how casually he showed this masterpiece of a masterful master piece this piece is.

A1 work gentlemen. You can't not nod and tap along . . . Why all schools don't have a percussion ensemble as a requirement, properly funded, I'm not sure. It develops skills transferable to every other business/work environment, (focus/memory/timing/team work/hand-eye co-ordination) it's creative, fully accessible AT EVERY AGE at some level, by everyone, and, you can develop onto new trickier instruments s you want. But most of all, it's AWSOME.
Ok so im playing this as a freshman in my band and I play timpani. WHAT IS THAT, sorry but how am I supposed to do that. Props to these guys but my percussion group screws around to much for this
