Chicken Menudo | How to Cook Menudo using Chicken

50 grams Raisins
200 grams Tomato Sauce
1 Piece Red Bell Pepper
1 Piece Green Bell Pepper
1 Piece Carrots
2 Pieces Potato
3-3 & 1/2 cups Water
