بخاری میں اپ سے نقل نہیں کیا اپ نے بخاری سے نقل کیا ہے ٹھیک ہے بخاری اپ سے پہلے کی لکھی کی ہے لکھی ہوئی ہے اور اپ کی کتابیں تو بادشاہوں نے خود لکھی ہیں فقہ جعفری تو چوتھی صدی میں نافذ ہوا ہے اس سے پہلے تو امام جعفر کے زمانے میں تو انہوں نے یہ فقہ نافذ ہی نہیں کیا نہ ہی بنا
