Agreed, I was like "what is this sorcery??" I've never been one to get many tingles, but ASMR puts me to sleep. The scoops did both! Pretty much all the words in this one.😅
JB, it's actually ridiculous how good and calming your plucking is. Everytime I watch an older plucking video or see a new one like this, I start it and think to myself, maybe this is the time it won't work for me, and then 15 seconds in, I'm almost fast asleep lol. Everytime. Beautiful work, as always ❤

There are so many creators out there who do the pulling thing but you're the only one I've seen who makes it feel real and interactive and as bizarre as it sounds (maybe not bizarre because I imagine that was the intended effect) it actually feels like it works!! 😊

Hell yeah! I was trying to force myself to go to bed (executive funding is hard at 430am), and just the way you said scooping was so satisfying that I'm getting my ass up right now. I'm excited. I love all of these things and can't wait.
I also wanted to say in response to you saying in a different video that you felt the need to keep being more and more creative, I loved quick fix Friday specifically because it took simple things I liked and just gave me a different version. In general with ASMR, I'll go back and rewatch things to death and then I just wish I had a new video that was just that same thing but in a new video. And I like to know that if I fell asleep to a half hour video, I know I fell asleep in under half an hour.

Hey, JB! Fabulous video tonight! The plucking is one of my favorites, and I loved the lighting effects in the background. 😁😁
Here's something you might consider at some point -- sound vibe videos aimed at those who like musical tones produced by tuning forks or singing bowls, just for example. I know such things aren't always in the budget, but I figured I'd at least make a mention, if you hadn't already thought of it. 😅😅
Sometimes negative stuff gets waay too stuck for just plucking right off the bat. It always feels a bit like a very toxic someone has taken a ball of yarn, unrolled it, then given it to an all-too-rambunctious feline, then stuffed it back into our aura with all **their** negative stuff -- projections, disgruntled attitudes, even possibly verbally violent words aimed specifically at you, because you don't fit their expectations. Crap like that. Trust me, it's a thing, especially from those who think it's okay to make others their psychic "beast of burden." 😖
I don't know about anyone else, but as a sound-oriented empath, I find that using sounds from singing bowls or tuning forks, just to name two sources, really helps to shake loose that kind of baggage, especially from psychic attacks. Think of it as a spiritual form of "Pine-Sol." 😅 Yeah, the thought of it is chuckle-worthy, but do it often enough and you'll understand its potency if you end up skipping a day or two. I'm not just a-jokin'.
Also, sound cleansing is a good way to rid yourself of crap energy if you can't use smoke (incense or sage) to cleanse your aura or living space. I know some people aren't into this kind of thing, and that's fine. But this info is for those who are at least curious.

Hey I gotta ask are you immune to energy that you eat.
I sometimes do self clearing and I find stubborn energy that comes out and goes back into my body.
When I saw you eat it I got worried that it may affect you.
Think what makes wonder if eating or tasting from the spoon makes a kind of energy vampire?
GB, I really ❤ your channel. My suggestion is that do not you use blue or cool tone flashlights, try a warmer light. Blue light disturbs the sleep by interferring with melatonin prodiuction. Otherwise, love your work, really relaxing.
