- How to make Amla Syrup
Ingredients:
Amla: 500 gm
Sugar: 1 ½ cup (350 gm)
Ginger: 3 piece
Black Salt: ½ tsp
Chaat Masala: ½ tsp
Lemon Juice: 3 tbsp
Method:
1. Cut the amla and ginger into piece. Then add it in the mixture jar. Add some water and grind them.
2. Now add this mixture into juice strainer. Strain it.
3. In a pan add amla juice and sugar. Now cook it on a medium flame until syrup becomes little sticky. Then after switch off the gas. Let it cool down then add lemon juice and mix it well. Now fill the syrup in glass jar. Store it in the refrigerator for a month. You can Store it in the freezer for a year
4. To make amla juice in a glass add some ice cubes then add syrup. After that add water. Now add black salt and chaat masala. Here your instant amla juice is ready.
