A tip to other people who have struggles with noises. I would say try to project your voice so yours can possible go over the noise or go to a different quiet place. Projecting means basically speaking louder. Theater kids sometimes do this based on distance of the audience so their voice can still be heard.
A while back, there was a scam talent agency that had us do self-tape, and I remember being so happy when they texted back and said that they liked what I did, only to realize it was a scam. Ever since I tried reading a script, I’ve been hooked on becoming a real actor, and I’m trying to do as much research as possible! Your channel has helped so much and I just want to thank you 🥰❤️ !! Though I’m afraid I’m too old to begin acting as a 13 year old, and of what could happen if I poured my life fully into acting and ended up financially struggling, so I’m still trying to decide if I really want to be an actor. If you didn’t want to read all that because it’s rlly long and boring and blah blah, then bassically just Tysm for making you videos, they have been EXTREMELY helpful! :D ✨

i’m not an actress but i want to be and i was told you have to be ok with rejection and i agree ofcourse you will be sad when you get rejected and like she said sometimes it’s just because your hair color or race so maybe you did really good and they liked it but you just didn’t fit the look and that’s ok there’s always tons of other movies/shows with characters who fit your look so don’t give up and never say never!
the thing about getting the role is so true bc I can relate. This year I auditioned for the school play and auditioned for a rly small role but didn't get it (the auditions was us singing a song and thats it) later of of the two leads dropped out and I once again auditioned but didn't get it. the last time I continued and the witch had dropped out and I got it and (sry if im bragging) but I rocked it. I got the witch in Into The Woods
I watch ur vids all the time and take a lot of your critiques and advise into a lot of consideration while I film my auditions! I got around 2-3 callbacks in about a month that I could still possibly hear back from, using ur advice! I loved your last audition tape in this vid. There was definitely improvement throughout each of these tapes!❤️

You did amazing on every single one! On the first one I would’ve called you back because it gives the same energy. On the second one I wouldn’t have called you back because it was boring and the emotions weren’t portrayed well enough. On the last one, YES. YES. YES. i loved it so so much. It had an amazing factor. You acted it out perfectly.
1.Callback- Critique: You could’ve gotten a little more out of your comfort zone to portray the emotion more, but you could’ve been exactly what they were looking for in a way. 2.No callback- Critique: honestly we all heard the situation so we know it wasnt to your best ability and of-course we know thats not the directors problem in the acting industry but honestly your strength to still want to do it and carrying out your work is inspiring and admirable! 3.Callback- Critique: You definitely showed GREAT emotion and performed to your best ability you knew the assignment and made it entertaining 💗💗
I have auditioned for a few movies in the past 2 years but only ever got one call back . I live in Ireland where they don't do as much filming here as other countries but I do audition when anything comes up. I hope to be an actress one day and ur videos really help thx

It makes sense knowing the background story of this self tape, but if I had just watched it randomly like a casting director, I wouldn’t even finish watching it. 3- Yes. It’s my favorite audition from the three you showed us. I have no comments, it was just incredible. I wanted to leave a side note for one thing you said about when not booking something maybe being sad, angry etc. But then when you book, other people would be like it. Long story short, I’ve been taking acting classes for 3 years now and every time I would audition I would either not get a callback or get very small roles. I’m taking about things locally, not big projects like yours. The only chances I had to get a lead were from homemade projects that I did with friends for fun. And I always felt like that, angry and asking “why didn’t I book this?”. However, I can happily say that I’ve finally booked my first lead role! I am so happy for this and I kinda of manifested it like you, but I am so happy and now it’s so clear for me why I hadn’t booked anything before. :)

This year I auditioned for the school play and auditioned for a rly small role but didn't get it (the auditions was us singing a song and thats it) later of of the two leads dropped out and I once again auditioned but didn't get it. the last time I continued and the witch had dropped out and I got it and (sry if im bragging) but I rocked it. I got the witch in Into The Woods

#1: well it depends on how good the people were that auditioned but probably yes
#2 probably not just cuz the audition self tape is lowkey all over the place but if it worked in person and i would see how good you are and hear and stuff then yeah.

On the second one I wouldn’t have called you back because it was boring and the emotions weren’t portrayed well enough. On the last one, YES. YES. YES. i loved it so so much. It had an amazing factor. You acted it out perfectly.

Hahaha I also got sent out for audition #3 and didn’t get a callback. I think the trailer for the season they filmed came out recently
1.Callback- Critique: You could’ve gotten a little more out of your comfort zone to portray the emotion more, but you could’ve been exactly what they were looking for in a way.
2.No callback- Critique: honestly we all heard the situation so we know it wasnt to your best ability and of-course we know thats not the directors problem in the acting industry but honestly your strength to still want to do it and carrying out your work is inspiring and admirable!
3.Callback- Critique: You definitely showed GREAT emotion and performed to your best ability you knew the assignment and made it entertaining 💗💗

I have auditioned for a few movies in the past 2 years but only ever got one call back . I live in Ireland where they don't do as much filming here as other countries but I do audition when anything comes up. I hope to be an actress one day and ur videos really help thx

1- Yes. I believe you did great, loved your energy. Maybe I wouldn’t cast you just based on this one, but would give you a callback for sure.
2- No. Only because of the audio and because you didn’t have so much energy. It makes sense knowing the background story of this self tape, but if I had just watched it randomly like a casting director, I wouldn’t even finish watching it.
3- Yes. It’s my favorite audition from the three you showed us. I have no comments, it was just incredible.
I wanted to leave a side note for one thing you said about when not booking something maybe being sad, angry etc. But then when you book, other people would be like it. Long story short, I’ve been taking acting classes for 3 years now and every time I would audition I would either not get a callback or get very small roles. I’m taking about things locally, not big projects like yours. The only chances I had to get a lead were from homemade projects that I did with friends for fun. And I always felt like that, angry and asking “why didn’t I book this?”. However, I can happily say that I’ve finally booked my first lead role! I am so happy for this and I kinda of manifested it like you, but I am so happy and now it’s so clear for me why I hadn’t booked anything before. :)
