I know how it feels. I too have same eye problem since last five years. It’s worse. Doesn’t go away. I’m allergic to everything sun, dust, wind, water everything. Been already to Nepal’s top eye hospital but it’s no use. Been to many other eye hospitals as well.So what I do is immediately after I get home from out I wash my face and give warm compression. I soak the clean handkerchief and place it over the closed eyes and do it at least for 5-10 minutes. It gives me relief..
