It's so great to see how so many people have commented here! It's truly astounding that after all this time, Twilight is highly regarded and still yearned for... I think if another book comes out, I suspect on Renesme and Jacob, it will be phenomenal. Followed by a film, I hope.

It can happen if you make new stars to play their part , vampires don't age . The wolves and the humans will be fine aging.
@@irenemarano8241 I think it can work with all the same stars. I think Kirsten Stewart and Robert Pattinson Aged pretty well, and so has Taylor Lautner. Not to mention she can write in the script how the vampires purposely try to age themselves so they can stay in one area for a longer period of time. This could work...same cast, plus some new ones. Especially if she turns some of the nonvampire cast into vampires this time around. Like...I would love if the werewolves evolved and were able to become vampire wolves in order to help the Cullen clan take down the Volturi!
@@CupcakeBeauty24 Taylor Launter did age well but he's supposed to age and he was only 16 back then. The tribe is meant to kill vampires so they don't need to evolve. They have their laws. Robert and Kristen both look too old and have moved on to other things . Some of the cast still looks young enough to play their parts.
@@irenemarano8241 The tribe is meant to evolve but if being a regular werewolf isn't enough to protect the tribe any longer from the Vultori then they can evolve again. I still think all key players could play their original roles, but I do enjoy your perspective as well. Hopefully oneday we get to see another story and movie for twilight :)

I disagree, Kristen went to Rob's birthday party in May 2023, and met Catherine Hardwicke there, so it seems to me they are still friends, which is great. I don't think they would both discount doing such a phenomenal, new Twilight film.

I had a dream of a wonderful continuation a couple of years ago. It involved Renesmee hiding out with Jacob because of her pregnancy. And it started out with Bella experiencing her new powers to another level...adjusting to the vampire life on a solo journey. It was cool. And I remember seeing woods.. a cabin and a place for Renesmee to hide... and new breed vampires and lycans and such coming after them.
Make it come true.. a millions has been waiting. So interested

She was gonna do more chapters to the series but then someone leaked her next book. Sunrise something or sunset something . You can find and read it online. It was Edwards POV during their meeting. But she said she's done with the saga cause the whole ACT that one fan , she had no more interest in that world. I've wished all these years she would eventually continue growing the Twilight universe but seems as tho she's stubborn about her creations. I also believe she did or it was rumoured a book or movie on Jacob and Bella

Honestly, it would have been so smart for Stephenie to bequeath the next chapter to another up and coming author. Like, I, for instance would take this storyline to a whole new level. We could have an update to the story, maybe get another movie or series out of it. We could really make it so much more.
I'll work with you. I already have some great ideas. I would definitely turn all the werewolves into vampires to give the Cullens a one-up on the Volturi. The werewolves became more than human when they needed to the most...maybe they can become more than werewolves if their tribe were in danger enough and the Volturi would not be able to see it because vamps can't see past "the pack"

I was coming here just to say this exact same thing... He said, over and over he was done with the Twilight Saga... well working with Kristen Stewart...I can even remember when he accepted the MTV movie award for the last film he made reference to Edward and Bella being DIVORCED! I'm glad I wasn't the only one that remembered how angry and hurt he was back then! Don't get me wrong though I would definitely love to see this as another Twilight movie or another 50 shades movie.. hey I'm 48... I still love the Twilight movies and they were the inspiration for her books then the movies... but I completely understand where he was coming from! For now We can dream.. I'd like to see a Jacob Renésme story too!
Kristen went to Rob's birthday party last year, along with Catherine Hardwicke, so I think we can say that they are still friends... Time heals and Rob strikes me as someone who would never hold a grudge. They were too important to one another... We all make mistakes, forgiveness is a great thing.

I read on Stephanie Meyers site something about telling Leah's story. I think that would be a great way to continue the Twilight Universe. She's the character that got the least satisfying ending.

Bella and Edward would need to be AI treated visually, as vampires don't age, but humans do! I would much rather a next Twilight film was based on Renesme and Jacob, with the others making guest appearances, as they probably would need to.
