- I got sick of sitting on this thing. The battle demo/alpha release of the female protag mod for P5 has been released as a work-in-progress.

THIS WIP/DEMO IS ONLY FOR BATTLE GAMEPLAY, NOT STORY OR SOCIAL ASPECTS.
Read the overview and instructions. If you ask something that's already answered on the GB mod page, I will not respond.
Content and animations for social/story events are not included in this, only Metaverse things (Palaces, Mementos). This means there will be some eldritch animation wonkiness in actual cutscenes, I already know this and it is a work-in-progress.
English voice is not done, only silence/dummy audio files for now. Japanese voice is Maaya Sakamoto, pulled from various sources. - เกม

does the story change
As stated in the description, the alpha release is battle-only, meaning that only battle stuff changes. Read the full specifics here: gamebanana.com/wips/55910
If you're asking as to whether the fully released mod will have story changes, I am planning to change story, Confidants, social/life sim stuff, NPC dialogue, etc. to fit, yes. But that will not be in the alpha release because I am not done and don't foresee myself being done anytime soon.

I've seen this somewhere before, but in the context of the Hawaii beach scene, custom event and everything. It had a choice between Ryuji and Yusuka, just like the normal choice between Hifumi, etc. It was so well-made, and I wondered where it went. Glad to see it's still being worked on, even if it's only small amounts. Assuming this is the same mod.

I'm so happy seeing you update. If my memory and eyes don't betray me, the portraits have gotten new touches, and the Joker model has been altered too. I remember seeing the rose, but now she has stockings and a skirt. Besides that, I really like your vesions of the casual clothes for her. The og Joker inspiration was there, but the style is still feminine and fitting.
You also seemed to stick to your words and change her hairstyle (it's cute), as well as giving her a proper maid outfit instead of the butler one.
All in all, thank you for your hard work, it's appreciated.
Her thief outfit model always had the stockings and skirt, so I don't know what you're talking about.
The butler costume is still an add-on for the mod. People can download it from the mod page. I just put the maid outfit as the default because it took a longer time to rig than the butler suit, but I never had any intention of completely scrapping the butler costume.
Women in suits is peak culture.
@@Chlorophylls The first video (and only at the time) that featured fem!Joker only had her on screen for ~1 minute and the skirt was barely noticeable there, it was obscured for almost the majority of it. That's where the confusion comes from.
Do you know what's also peak culture? The boys in crossdressing outfits.

Incredibly excited for when the mods fully done, even if persona 6 is way out by that time. If its playable might do a run with this mod. lets hope you don't cancel it
Atlus had the potential to make this a reality with the introduction of Kasumi in P5R. I would have been okay having her be a female Joker. Even her thief outfit suggests it.
Do you know how much it will cost them to make the 2D cut scenes?
To be honest, I don’t care for a female protagonist. I just care for a good protagonist. Joker aka ren he’s a pretty good protagonist.

Going by the different videos I have seen of this mod, can I ask if you can still date the female party members?
If those other "date" videos I saw were actually done by you.
Because, if I'm going to have a Female Ren, then I better be able to have a Yuri Romance with Haru.
You can have Minako and Aigis technically date in P3P, and that is one of my favorite pairings in the Persona series.
Other than that, it looks neat, and I'll have to look into this when it is more complete.

Hello sir, will this mod be compatible with royal if it ever comes out for PC?
If Royal comes to PC, then I'm going to use that as a base instead of vanilla so yes, it would be tuned to be compatible with Royal.

However, PS4 modding is a vastly more complex task because of all the hoops to jump through + getting a moddable console in the first place.

One more question. If the PC one doesn't work on my computer can I use the actual PS3 console for this? ^^
Theoretically yes, but I don't have actual hardware to test things out on so it's very possible that the mod will crash on an actual PS3. For example, stuff like mipmaps in textures causes errors on actual hardware while they don't on RPCS3.
