You're literally making my dreams come true! I've been upset that they never included a female protag like they did for Persona 3 Portable. This mod is absolute brilliant and hopefully they include a female protag in persona 6.
I bet someone is gonna make a Persona 5 mod that just tries to recreate Persona 5 The Royal as accurately as possible, just for a PS3 Persona 5 Royal. honestly a mod like this would be amazing. it would've been nice if ATLUS made a PS3 version of P5 Royal.

Kinda dissapointed the Seven Sisters outfit isnt replaced with Maya's outfit with the EP battle theme but other than that this is the most impressive mod ive ever seen
Yeah, I wanted to make it Maya's outfit too, since male Joker got Tacchan and Maya would be the natural FeMC reference, but that would mean I'd have to model and texture it from scratch so I scrapped that idea :(
I was waiting for someone to catch on; it's Jalter yes! I knew early on that I wanted her voice actress to be Maaya Sakamoto because then I could reuse Aigis's Persona call voice clips from FES, as their tones matched similarly, and Jalter matched (for the most part) the type of personality I had in mind for Joker. Jalter/Jeanne also have a hefty amount of voice clips I could reuse, such as from their summer versions, and the costume skins. Plus Jalter is my favorite Avenger Buster beatstick, so nobody loses here.

One source is Jeanne Alter, a character from Fate/Grand Order who is very popular, popular enough to get different versions/skins/costumes of her with some different voice lines. Another was Aigis from P3(FES) and P4U2. They share a voice actress; Maaya Sakamoto voices both of those characters. Working from that, I gathered a pool of audio clips that I wanted to use, assigned them accordingly (e.g. using Aigis's Persona calls from FES for each Persona in P5 that was available, Aigis's battle grunts from P4U2, some of Jeanne Alter's voice lines for some of the longer battle lines for fem!Joker), and with everything assigned, it was just a matter of the actual file replacing and then converting to .ADX files to slot back into the game.
I wonder are you going put female joker English voice or just sticking Japanese voice? cause it be funny that everyone else is speaking English while Female Joker is speaking Japanese
Just out of curiosity, for the confidants, are you only editing minor parts or adding to them? For example, with the female romance options, are you just keeping the dialogue the same or changing it?
It's not a matter of finances, since I'm employed with a relatively well-paying full-time job, but a matter of time/priorities/effort. I appreciate the thought, however.

This mod is for P5 vanilla, PS3 version, so no, because modding P5R is very difficult compared to modding PS3 P5 at the moment. Believe me, if I could use Royal as the base for this, I would, but I don't have a moddable PS4 either.

I'm stopping at a few minutes for this video since I 'technically' haven't beaten this palace yet (I mean, I secured a route to the treasure but still), but I'm looking forward to this model already. I likd playing female characters and it annoys me that the gender selection thing in P3P didn't stick and become a main feature.
