Couple things to add. I'm a chef of 30 years and this is constructive criticism. Cook the bacon longer until crisp. After you have finished the filling chill in the fridge to set up. It's easier to work with and you can actually make an egg roll instead of an envelope. As far as the sauce mince the pickles up a bit more. Just some suggestions but they look delicious.

Great video. Never thought of adding bacon. I don't make often because I try to find the spring roll wrappers which takes me longer. Probably should just use egg roll wrappers. Love the content!
I’ve made these a few times in the past but really didn’t know what I was doing in regards to folding them but they came out great anyway. For the frying part I used my side burner on my BBQ because I was afraid of oil splattering all over my kitchen and the oil smell. The BBQ burner worked very well.

Thanks Marla I have only found spring roll wrappers in specialty stores.
FYI: you want to cool the filling before trying to roll. It will make it easier to roll and keep from tearing the egg roll wrapper 🥰

Ive made these and they are delicious. I have never had them at magic Kingdom but I would definitely get them next time I am there.

low and slow with oil shallow one side at a time works just a s well
Looks great but that "sauce" looks more like a salad. Very nice but grow some eyebrows man.
