I'm going to make these with turkey instead of ground beef. Might add some ranch seasoning and bacon bits in there too 🤭

I can never make perfect egg rolls, my oil is either too hot or not hot enough every time. Yours look good and YES I heard that crunch 😆
I always cook mine on 300 degrees for the perfect color and crunch
They have really good thermometers now you can place in your oil and leave so you can monitor your heat😎
