Doug and Ellen DeGeneres need to be in a buddy cop movie. He’s the lazy Sheriff of a small town. She’s the FBI agent from a black helicopter shot down by suspected terrorists. Twist ending: The terrorist is played by Bassem Youssef. He’s retiring to the nearby Indian Rez’ and shot down the unmarked black helicopter because it woke him up in the middle of the night. Pure muscle memory had him do it and only half remember the next morning.
Thanks, Doug. You don't know how kinda shitty things have been the last 5 years or so. You calling bullshit on the insanity makes me smile. Thanks again my friend.
God dammit i love you Stanhope. I used to think my inner monolog was insane until i heard Doug....and Joey Diaz. My 2 shoulder angels for lack of better description...perhaps i am insane afterall. Ill be the last to know! Thanks for all the laughs weirdo.
hahah yep as a kid in high school, all I needed was someone's draft card and access to a copier, some whiteout , a typewriter, and the artist in me was awakened. Then sell them in high school. And we laminated them, too. I felt I was SO badass hahahah.... i only asked for $5 a card. (25 today). I worked cheap.
In 1987 I was 8th grade and starting college at the local community college, Sinclair Community College in Dayton, Ohio for Summer Term. Sinclair let you write in whatever birthday you wanted, and didn't check! So I used the Government for my State Issue ID saying that I was 21 when only 14!! 😂😂
I love the nostalgic touch of the video. TBH that looks like my desk and room back in the 80's hehe. Super VHS VCR, Barely digital tv, the on screen display was the only "digital" thing in the entire tv... lol and ofc a Mini microwave, black n white crt security monitor with the image it sits on stationary burned into the tube face because its sat and looked at that same spot for years and them tvs had a tendency to do that if ya kept the same thing on it. Hence screen savers for pc monitors when they came out with crt monitors. And lets not forget the ashtray sittin to the far right behind one of the stack of tapes! Old school early 1900 street lamp as a desk lamp... very nice!. I could go on and on but this backdrop for the video is quite original. I want to do it too but ya know.. i am not one to copycat ideas like this so Kudos to you Doug! Great Idea! Quite creative. Think i will sub to your channel as the creative people i love! Can Never get bored of Creative people! Thanks for sharing all this Doug! Hope to see more of these kinds of backdrop type videos. Its quite Original as far as i seen in the many many years i been on youtube. Go with it brutha! Murphy's law, if it works, definitely don't try fixing it! :D Btw Doug, Great show too! hehe. That is an awesome fake ID story. A local shop called VI Plastics on St. Thomas US Virgin Islands sold fake IDs in the late 1980s, they'd even take your picture. In Enfield, CT I bought a Mini-14 and 1400 rounds of ammo with it, then went next door and tried to buy two quarts of Budweiser. The girl didn't like my ID and called the cops on me.
@johnphantom ... I had a similar experience, inside the wall at home, looking through a hole, staring at the back of my own head, sitting on a chair, playing Gomez, 78 stone wobble ... 🙃 ...

Government think is spending weeks trying to get proper ID that lets you get on a plane, but your Social Security card is on paper that will dissolve if you accidentally put your wallet through the wash.
Doug is that drunk guy at the bar that everyone knows but you are the only one in your friends group who talks to him because he starts to make a lot of sense... and then he comes over to your place and you don't hang out with those other guys anymore because they don't have their priorities straight but now there are two drunk guys hanging out at the bar and we both make a lot of sense so come on over. buy us a drink. and if you know a ginger one or both ov us would like to meet her and share something interesting with her about history.... she is 18 right?
You can be weak and go around the government, or you can be strong and let businesses know that if they support that you won't ever do business with them and do without.
Anti government ? Wtf is the point of that. It’s the dumbest stance that exists. Without govt this guy wouldn’t have gotten to his gig or have a mic to speak into. He may have died as a child from a disease caused by lack of sanitation. The alcohol would t have been available because there would have been no roads to drive the beer to the store. It’s the dumbest shit really.
