Let me give an easier example, there are 2 devices First device capable to watch TH-cam videos in 4K While the other one can only watch 1080p because of the hardware limitation. But if the person using the first device choose to watch TH-cam videos only in 1080p, it's the same quality like the other device which only capable of playing TH-cam videos upto 1080p So turning dynamic character reso is same like not having the feature... That method no longer works, now there is a different and more complicated one, the method you use closes the 3D Migoto and the game runs without mods.

run 3dmigoto as admin, and make sure you configure d3dx.ini correctly. If the yellow text on lower left corner showed up when you run the game, it means 3dmigoto successfully loaded🙂🙂
The mods worked for me yesterday, and today I went to download more but when I got on to see them its like I never even installed them. Everything is normal, and the mods just arent there.

I think the mods itself needs an update from the modder. Because some characters mods works fine, and some not. You can also wait for another update on the fix. They might add newer version of the fix to finally be able to fix all characters🙂🙂🙂🙂

Have you turn off the dynamic character resolution? That feature is available in selected devices. If you have it, you should disabled it. Check it inside game settings - graphic - scroll down to almost the bottom, there you'll find dynamic character resolution.

The idea of hiding UID is because sometimes we wanna take a pretty picture of our character and post it in social media, that's why we need to hide it so people can't report🙂🙂 But answering your question, it doesn't matter when our UID shown or not if we don't record the screen or take screenshot.. ORFix is needed if the skin shows weird reflection. Essentially all 3.0+ character need ORFIX, either in all body part or in some. If you see weird reflection on those character, they need ORFIX. Most mod nowadays have orfix applied by the modder when release, but some of them and most older mod don't have orfix. Actually, there are some people can load 3dmigoto by running hoyo launcher. But in my case, it's not always working. That's why I tell people to use shortcut to the GenshinImpact.exe because that's what works for me. You can try both to find the best method for you🙂🙂

Actually you don't have to do anything to your GIMI. You just need to fix the broken mods using related fix patcher for the game current version 🙂🙂
And actually there is another method to install mods. Using XXMI.

I think the mods itself needs an update from the modder.
Because some characters mods works fine, and some not.

The answer is, I can't say it's 100% safe. But as long as I know, I'm still safe until now. Because 3dmigoto is not modifying any game file. All it does is manipulating the graphic card to display the mod for us to see, so for shorts this is only on client side.
But my advice, hide your UID when you post on social media, just to be safer

ORFix is needed if the skin shows weird reflection. Essentially all 3.0+ character need ORFIX, either in all body part or in some. If you see weird reflection on those character, they need ORFIX.
Most mod nowadays have orfix applied by the modder when release, but some of them and most older mod don't have orfix.

double click the file, a text window will appear.
press ctrl+F
type [Loader]
type the bracket [ ] as well
below [Loader] you will find this text

change it to
target = (your genshin path)
for me, it's like this
target = D:\Games\Genshin\HoYoPlay\games\Genshin Impact game\GenshinImpact.exe
a little tips to find your path easily, right click on the genshin shortcut on your desktop,
open file location,
a window will opened,
right click on the GenshinImpact.exe,
choose Copy As Path
Paste it in the blank the "target = ......."
but when you paste it, it will have quotation, remove it
it will look like this for me

save and close.
after that, you can try to launch 3dmigoto from desktop shortcut and then launch the game also via desktop shortcut.

You can toggle the mod on/off by pressing F6.
If you want to get rid of it completely, you can delete the mod files inside mods folder 🙂

GIMI is still working, but the thing is, some mods are not working since the update, because the game made change to hash value in some characters.. so we need to use fix tool in this video description
and if it still doesn't work, you can use this fix method
1. Disable dynamic character resolution in-game settings, under graphic settings
2. Switch your GPU mode to GPU only
3. Update your GPU driver
4. Use 5.0 fix gamebanana.com/tools/16433

hey!! so the mod isnt working because of the hoyoplay launcher and i cant get genshinimpact.exe to work because it doesnt update past 4.7, do you have any fixes for this??
you should download the patch to the latest 5.1 via genshin launcher. if you don't have it, you can try install Hoyo Launcher and update your game
anyway, there's a new method to use mods by using a simpler and stabler tool called XXMI

@@Wo_ju 3D Migoto works fine; when I add the mod and place the folder that allows the mod to display correctly, it still doesn't work even when I press F10.
@@Emouna216 when you run the game, was there yellow text on the lower left corner of the screen?
If there were no yellow text, it means 3dmigoto isn't loaded properly
If the yellow text appeared but the skin still not working, you can turn off dynamic character resolution.
You can find it inside game settings - graphic settings - scroll down and it should be at the 2nd of the bottom.

No, you don't need to repeat all process.
You just need to download another mods and put them inside Mods folder 🙂
And there's a new method to install mods for genshin. It also use GIMI but you don't need to setting this and that, too much complicated things.

Yes you can play co-op with anyone. The other person won't know if you're using mods. They see your characters in original skin.

Bikin shortcut 3dmigoto send to desktop. Trus coba run lagi as admin lewat shortcutnya, baru run gamenya lewat exe nya, jgn lewat launcher hoyo
Kalau udah bisa baru nanti diisi mods, kalau udah diisi ga usah restart game, langsung tekan f10 di dalam game nanti bisa load mods nya.
