State & UT governments cheated SSA Teachers !!!

SSA is a classic example of how state and UT government violated mandatory norms of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan and Right to Education Act 2009 by creating regular post of Primary and Upper Primary and High Secondary teachers under State SSA Societies and then offer contract to them. These teachers were suppose to be given full pay scales, allowances and other benefits similar to regular teachers but not given. They are given only basic salary and DA and in some states salary given is consolidated without hike for many years.

Ugh, after educating SSA CONTACT TEACHERS in the community of teachers with such bad foreheads, many have got the opportunity to sit in ministerial seats. For example, the 2004 contractually appointed all-education teachers were never heard of. Before the 2018 assembly elections, the current government said that it will think about the contractual employees, give justice. Where is that justice, where is that thought?
But with those contracted teachers, apart from teaching the students in the school, the government work of various subjects is continuing. Like a regular government employee,
Like 1.Child Census 2,Census of India ie Adam Samari Census,3.Election Duty
3.Election Enrollment Duty (BLO) DO
Apart from that many schools are running with SSA CONTACT TEACHERS in Tripura state. It is not in the eyes of the government?
Lok Sabha is ahead again. It came but in most of the election duty the names of SSA CONTACT TEACHERS will come. But now they have not kept track of SSA CONTACT TEACHERS. thank you

In Assam govt is ready to do regularization of all SSA contractual teachers job but the main issue is they refuse to give us PAY PROTECTION which is injustice for us

In Meghalaya, till now SSA teachers were appointed as Contractual teachers under the State implementation society (SEMAM). The government refused to regularized into education department. Very upset 😡 since central government had already given deadline end up supporting by 2026.
